Peggy answered the phone and was very helpful. Re-Bath came out on time, Hal was the contractor who came out. He was very clean. My grout all along the tub and window was getting moldy. He stripped and cleaned up everything and put on fresh white sealant. He did it all in about an hour and 15 minutes. I am very satisfied. I'm very happy.

The after photo . What a great job . Very professional.

Re-Bath of Chicago . Did a great job . We were guaranteed. Install by August 15 . The install was a week early . They did a outstanding job. The dream team was great on the install . Very professional. They cleaned up after the install . Scott the representative. Was here before they started . And then came back for a walk thru after they were done

From tiles, to laminate to hard wood floor, marble slabs and so much more. Heck I wouldn't even be surprised if they had lions and bears too. Once we found the tiles we wanted, a staff member helped us calculate the boxes we needed, loaded up a cart for us and helped us bring it out to our car. Their return policy is totally fair too, they can take returns if they're in full cases but not opened ones. All in all. I cannot recommend floor and decor enough for your tile and countertop needs.

Luckily I got some advice to make an appointment with Floor & Decor, and I'm so glad that I did. Markell listened to my thoughts and what I was looking for. He patiently explained the differences between products and gave me much needed insight. My contractor joined me during my appointment and helped too, Markell got that I was relying on my contractor to make some decisions for me, like do I want sanded or un-sanded grout. How would I know that? Markell never made me feel excluded. He never made me feel like he was man-splaining, which has happened to me plenty of times in home improvement stores. He even helped me load up my car. I really appreciated his kindness, patience and professionalism. I will definitely return to Floor & Decor, and I'd absolutely want to work with Markell again. I recommend both.

Total Home Improvement just completed a second project for us. The first was a kitchen remodel and…read morethe second was a master bathroom remodel. I selected Total Home Improvement for my second project because of their commitment to high quality work. Garret lead us through the design phase, Keith managed the project day to day and and Abigail assuring materials were ordered and on time. This team works well together and does not take any shortcuts or compromise in any way. All workers are friendly, professional and ensure proper clean up at the end of each day. I highly recommend Total Home Improvement.

I do not recommend Total Home Improvement, LLC (Third Lake, IL) for a kitchen renovation. I hired…read morethem for my kitchen and my experience was far from satisfactory. I initially agreed to choose THI for my project due to the good reviews online and recommendation from my designer who thought it would be easier to have THI be my contractor since I was already ordering cabinets and tiles from them. My initial consultation with the owner, Aaron Glenn, was great. He seemed to understand the entire scope of the project but ultimately fell short at time of contract signing. There were significant discrepancies, and I felt like I was gaslit on multiple occasions. This company subcontracts almost all of its work which resulted in major inconsistent quality and communication issues. Major delays occurred due to incorrect supply orders and measurements, and the company (Aaron) showed absolutely no willingness to offer apologies, sympathies or compensation for these setbacks. The most concerning aspect was his unprofessional and unethical behavior regarding a final punch list of incomplete tasks and a remaining balance of $2000 of a total $138,000 project. He demanded payment onsite without providing an updated invoice and even threatened to dismantle my kitchen if immediate payment was not made via credit card. He was assured multiple times that payment would be sent after final work was assessed by my designer, just as I have been doing for the $135,000 of work previously completed but he refused to leave my home. I ultimately filed a police report and am still contemplating legal action as he has threatened to put liens on my property. Based on these experiences, I would NOT recommend Total Home Improvement, LLC. If you decide to still pursue this company, make sure you get everything from the owner in writing during your initial consultation. It is critical you have him sign a delay of work contract (clause dealing with delay in performance) and a waiver of lien so he cannot threaten you as he has done with me. If he refuses, that is a red flag, and you should reconsider this company. Good luck on your renovation project and God speed!

After serving in the military for 30 years, living in numerous base quarters, and owning our first…read morehome in Virginia, we have finally settled into our forever home in Lake County. Our renovation journey started as a mixed bag. We dealt with a contractor located two hours away that broke a custom shower wall panel and delayed the project two weeks; a general contractor who was impossible to reach and kept us in the dark; and an overpriced cabinet designer who charged $17,000 for three vanities and tried to soften the blow by throwing in three "free" sinks. Frustrated, my wife and I decided to call Century Kitchens & Bath one afternoon. We spoke with Tiffany, our designer, and were completely open and honest about our budget. Long story short, we decided to give them a chance to remodel our kitchen--and WOOOOWWWWW! I couldn't believe how well-organized they are. Steve (Owner): An old-school, honest guy. As a military veteran, I would trust him with my life in a foxhole. Jason & Rich: Outstanding craftsmen with crazy attention to detail during the cabinet installation. Ethan: A genius at removing and repositioning appliances seamlessly before the reno. Chris: The Thomas Edison of electrical work. Nick: A magician when it comes to laying tile backsplash. The entire team felt like family by the end of it--mostly because they actually cleaned up before they left! (Most don't, especially electricians... wink wink). We are locked in and will definitely call Steve, Tiffany, and the crew for our next home renovation project. Well Done!
