Martin Cruz and his crew came in and stabilized our house until the official work started. Once the building permit was in place, Marin Cruz and his crew went to work. They did a great job of leveling out house, putting in new footings, drainage, and two new sump pumps. Outside they grated out the yard, new top soil, grass seed, and covered with straw. He crawled through the attic to inspect everything (which is a tight space so impressive he did that, others didn't bother) and we agreed on price which was very competitive. They did the work they promised on the day they promised and within timeframe we agreed on (for those living in Sullivan County - you know that's not something that can be said of many other contractors). They were using two sprayers to complete the job in one day. When one of their sprayers broke, Carl went and got a replacement to make sure the job gets done - and it was done. They also did some additional small alterations to prepare for spraying - close off the roof fan vent and electrical switches to the fan as they won't be needed once sprayed. Overall one of the best experiences with a contractor in this county I ever had. This job was done Oct 2022 - I waited with my review to see how it holds up over a year and it did and it's doing it's job - the attic temperature in the dead of winter does not dip below 60 while before it was in the high 30s range when 5 degrees outside) - so less propane to heat the house. In the summer my AC does not work as hard and my electric bill is also lower.
