He returned with a clear and objective report, then outlined the list of recommendations. At no time did we feel any pressure and there was no attempt to "up-sell". The presentation was clear, concise and extremely informative. We felt confident moving forward with insulating the attic and garage, whole house sealing, installation of bath fans and a whole house fresh air system. Matt and Lexi communicated clearly and provided us with all the information we needed in the time leading up to our job. We were very lucky to have Sal as our team leader. He is one special human being. He was extremely hard-working, knowledgable, patient, conscientious and enthusiastic. He loves what he does and it shows! The team took great care of our home - we were away while the bulk of the work was done and Sal communicated with us every day, keeping us updated about how things were going. Sal went above and beyond, even fixing an existing improperly vented bath fan. He and the team treated our home as they would their own. After they left at the end of the day it was as if they were never there - spotless! Sal and the team were so kind to our dogs, always making sure to give them a little love! We are looking forward to enjoying lower heating and cooling costs. I would HIGHLY recommend working with Healthy Home. We are so glad we did.

Jon performed our initial home energy audit, showed us where our heating and cooling leaks were happening, where our insulation was lacking, and what steps they could take to fix this and more. Mario who led the team performing the work was very knowledgeable, and they explained along the way what they were doing--and any complications they met along the way. They even hooked up our the exhaust fan in the master bathroom to a place where it could actually exhaust because they found it hadn't been done properly. Our house already feels warmer. We highly recommend them.
