Nu-Way did my insulation pre-pandemic, summer of 2019. They did replaced the entirety of my attic insulation (previously circa 1960 roll insulation) and attic floor as well as the insulation in my garage and overhangs. They also installed various insulation in all sorts of walls as I was doing a major renovation at the time. Anyhow, Louis is just fantastic! A really wonderful person. And his team did great work. At the time, I didn't like spending all the money, but after living through a couple of winters with the improved insulation, I can say it was definitely worth it. Did a very thorough and professional job insulating above our garage, crawl space, and attic areas. We felt the difference after the first day, even though the project wasn't finished. They had a large team to make quick work of the whole project. Everyone was friendly, courteous, and willing to answer any questions and walk me through what they did and status. We were home the whole time during the project and they were clean and respectful. One thing that could be improved was maybe because they are a fairly large team with communication having to go from the top down (and maybe because they moved our project up a few weeks, so it was short notice), they missed a couple areas initially they planned to insulate. However, it was no issue once I reached out, they were extremely friendly and professional in coming back to make sure everything was completed as planned. read more

Louis and his team were great when they insulted our attic. He answered all my questions and introduced me to his team when they came to the house including his two sons. They kept me informed every step of the way and even suggested and installed better lightbulbs (at no extra cost) to help with heat retention. They were all very professional, wore N95 masks, and cleaned up before they left. The attic looks very neat with new floorboards around the entranceway. I am completely pleased with the job Louis & his sons and crew did insulating my home. Nuway Insulation were extremely professional, considerate and safe in preparing my home for the work. They all wore N95 masks and gloves. They put down floor coverings and separated with plastic, areas where they needed to drill so as to minimize dust. They vacuumed the rooms afterward.They answered all my questions and explained everything they did. At job completion, they sprayed areas they worked in with an electrostatic disinfectant. I had my attic and several external walls insulated. I am looking forward to a warmer house this winter. I highly recommend Nuway Insulation! read more

After a week of bitter cold temperatures I realized the baseboard heater in the master bedroom hasn't be working but it's been very comfortable in that room because I had our attic insulated with blown cellulose from Nu-Way this Fall! We felt an immediate difference in comfort and our heating bills have been very low this season! And we only had the attic insulated! The owner quoted me a very reasonable and competitive price - I had gotten several bids. He also educated me in the pros in cons of other types of insulation, notably the foam stuff.
