We got started a little late because of the shortage of fencing lumber over the last couple of weeks but Antonio found some! He went all the way to Union City to get it for my job. He and his cousins showed up at 8 am and started on the job. Your project, whatever it is, will be completed on time and a perfect professional job. They work clean, not sloppy and when they finish, you will not be able to tell they were even there. They clean up everything. My neighbor and I share this fence so I let them know when the job started and when they were finished. After the fence was completed I had the neighbors come out to see it....they were so excited. They thought it was beautiful and loved that it got put up so fast. They were so impressed, they are going to have Antonio and his team do some home remodeling for them. From start to finish on both transactions, they were helpful and knowledgeable. Although we didn't end up using their financing connection, the rate provided was competitive and seemed reputable. During the purchase, I never felt intimidated or worried about what steps to take next- it was very smooth. During the sale of our property, Manual explained their method and procedure, which consists of an online portal that keeps you involved throughout the process. Martha was very kind and helpful, staging the house and making sure it was presented as well as it could be. The listing photos were well done, and they even got drone footage along with a 360° walkthrough. We were able to see all correspondence and offers through the portal, and all the paperwork was easily completed. The sale transaction went smoothly and we are very happy with the service by Rueda Realty. Definitely recommended!

We had the displeasure of working with this realtor on a property in the San Joaquin Valley. The…read moreseller was in the bay area and chose this company as their realtor. From the buyer's perspective they were awful. To begin with they deceived us about the home - stating that it was in "pre-foreclosure" when in fact it was not. Whenever I called their office I always got the feeling I was bothering them. Maybe that is because I do not speak Spanish. We finally closed on the property in late November and the house is still on the MSL listing site as available. Our current tenants are having to deal with potential buyers knocking on the door. The lock box was on the house until this week (which I had to repeatedly call ask them to take it off) and we STILL have their real estate sign and post that was in the front yard. Every time we ask them about these items - we are told "yes someone will be out to pick that up" or "it was listed by another agent". If you look at the listing it clearly states listed by Rueda Realty. In the same time frame we purchased 3 other homes and they were all 5 star transactions. If you are looking for a fair and honest realtor - I would keep on looking.

We had a large set of kitchen cabinets built. All of it used finished maple for the cabinet bodies, with real cherry wood for the front face frames. Drawers used soft-close runners and doors used high-quality Euro-style cabinet hinges. The owner, Thomas Yan, was very accommodating to design changes for our cabinets, and charged us only for materials to fix some damage we caused during installation. There were some problems; two of the cabinets weren't built as we specified, but Kin's Cabinet made structural modifications without argument. We plan to have them build a china cabinet for us after we finish designing it. One other thing: Don't order cabinets and expect them to be done the same week. The shop is quite busy with many orders, and custom-built cabinets take time. Plan ahead, and give them enough time to do the job right.

My original cabinet guy walked out of my project and left me hanging. Because of this, I was approx 6-8 weeks behind on my project. When I met Thomas, I raised this concern to him and he promised me that they will work as hard as they can to help me catch up. Thomas has always been VERY responsive to my questions and needs. I am a photographer and I have an eye with details ... I mean, REALLL details. I know working with me may not be the easiest. Thomas took on the challenge and delivered the very first piece 2 weeks after we met. The work on this piece was good (not yet great) and I pointed out the imperfections that I saw and Thomas was open to suggestions and took my suggestions to heart and had the imperfections fixed. The next few weeks, Thomas worked diligently to get me all of my cabinets (pretty much whole house). He delivered them piece by piece. Thomas worked with my schedule and my other contractors to ensure everything is to my liking. We ran into a boo boo one of the last few installs. The install was not to my standard and I voiced this to Thomas. He understood where I was coming from and he even agreed. Without question, he came back the following week and brought along another installer which fixed all of the "not so good" finishes. I said enough. IF you value customer service, use Kin's. If you are a picky person like me and appreciate someone that will listen to your needs, call Thomas now!
