They discontinued part of our layaway without having a comparable item to replace it, and we were pretty much forced to keep the other items in our layaway since they weren't willing to refund on items they could still get for us. I wanted it high enough my feet would be flat on the floor when I sat on side of the bed to get up. 3. I wanted the sales person to understand what I was saying, not pushing me to buy what they wanted to sell as higher cost means higher commission. I have ended up with a Sleepy Luna that has so much padding on top its difficult to turn over,tips of my toes can touch the floor when I sit on side of bed and, total height stared out 33 inch high. I decreased height by purchasing a common 7 inch metal frame, discarding my 12 inch slated metal frame I had. I told the sales person my height, my wants and sales person insisted to sell me their desire, not mine. The only reason I won't return this is because I'm not putting any more money into it as I know there are restocking fees and delivery fees for a new bed. Plus, I refuse to do any more business with this company. This bed sits in the guest room to collect dust as I have purchased new else where.

Our one year old recliner broke and needed spring replaced. The "Manager" said she would order it…read morebut not under warranty. Okie dokie just order it and we will figure out how to install it. Six weeks later after many calls they said they had it but only the "Manager " could handle the transaction. When we went to pick it up she would not accept anything but cash! (15.00) And wouldn't give a printed receipt. She scribbled a receipt on piece of scrap paper. What kind business is this? I won't shop there again.
