Removed spring so my lid would no longer open and close properly. Overcharged me for the requested parts and did not even install them! I have never been overcharged for work not even completed! I know there is 0.00 due, because I pre-paid. But, you did not install the requested parts OR leave the new parts with me. And you charged for parts that were not wanted/needed. This machine has been well-maintained and could have been easily fixed by our regular repair person. I was giving this company a chance based on a referral and wish now that I had read these reviews first. If it was pre-paid and you did NOT install or provide the charged parts, you owe a refund. It is just that simple. And, you should have not "left parts out" on the counter that belong in the machine. Those springs hold up the lid! :( The person clearly did not know what they were doing...our regular repair person called it a "hack job" after seeing what was done and left behind.
