Heather a designer at the store, called and sent alternative swatches that might work. She stayed patiently in touch with us while we tried to make a decision. None of the alternates work, so I had to sadly cancel. The owner, Arnie, called a day later and apologized for the leather becoming unavailable, which was out of his control, but he wanted me to know he was sorry! On top of an unnecessary apology he gifted us a $500 gift certificate to his store! I am so disappointed that I have to work with anyone else for a sofa! This group is the BEST!

They have pjs, blankets, napkins, pouches, and more. The owner seemed friendly at first. But after speaking with her more about how I wanted to personalize my napkin, she became very impatient and bossy. She wasn't helpful at explaining the color options and different letter fonts. Each time we would select something, she would say that's too big and I can't make that one. Or "If it's not pretty, I won't make it."Rather than just kindly telling us what would work best. This definitely ruined my experience. I would have liked for much more courtesy and patience. The end product was not really what I was expecting. The letters had thread coming out of it. I had to fix it myself. And when I went to go pick it up, she didn't even give me a bag. I had to ask for one. Personally, it was way too overpriced for what I got.
