The owner, Arnie, called a day later and apologized for the leather becoming unavailable, which was out of his control, but he wanted me to know he was sorry! On top of an unnecessary apology he gifted us a $500 gift certificate to his store! I am so disappointed that I have to work with anyone else for a sofa! This group is the BEST!
