We decided to replace our old California King with the exact same mattress model. The purchase was smooth and Casey was good once again but follow through has been severely lacking. Paying a premium price for a premium product is no problem as long as we get premium service from start to finish. That has not been the case unfortunately this time. A few speed bumps and yet even though we've already made our first payment on our purchase we have not received all the product that we were promised. Now despite my efforts I can't even get a call or text returned. Hopefully this is an isolated incident but I can no longer in good conscience recommend to you, shopping this establishment.

The companies response to the problems the products have had in their first weeks, sucks! Their responses to the second time it happened suck! The repairs sucked and we are stuck with a freezer that has more ice on its walls than food in its compartments! They came out to repair it and still it produced ice on the walls again with expensive food inside and nowhere to put it ,to not loose it. again! Do they care? NO! I was told it has to happen 4 times before they will replace the lemon they sold me. The light on the sub zero has had two repairs and it's acting up again. Perhaps their distrubutor is the problem but when they don't back the products and I loose money and have to wait weeks for the repair and needless to say money on my food inside....I say head for the hills AWAY from this company and find one that backs their products and REPLACES THEM (IF ) necessary. ??? Then they tried to force my 100lb wife to sign a release of liability before running out the door. Fridge and house are destroyed. Fridge compressor bearing is making loud noise. No water. Dented misaligned doors. Told to email VIDEO (yes all on CCTV w audio) to Tyler. He just won't respond. I assume they're waiting for lawsuit service, and they're smart cause that's what I'm filling this week. In hindsight manager was trying to warn me not to use their delivery drivers. RUN from these jokers.

I waited a few days and called customer service my self and they let me know it was there, and had been there. Not a good look at all, if you are going to take peoples money, take their calls.. do better man!
