We bought three beds and 4 mattresses over a one year period. The last mattress was the one for me and my husband and I was SO picky and such a pain. Wherever you are working Casey we would love to know. If it's a business we need we will go to yours!! Blessings to you! From Sandee and Tim!

We decided to replace our old California King with the exact same mattress model. The purchase was smooth and Casey was good once again but follow through has been severely lacking. Paying a premium price for a premium product is no problem as long as we get premium service from start to finish. That has not been the case unfortunately this time. A few speed bumps and yet even though we've already made our first payment on our purchase we have not received all the product that we were promised. Now despite my efforts I can't even get a call or text returned. Hopefully this is an isolated incident but I can no longer in good conscience recommend to you, shopping this establishment.

I paid for the white glove service even though I was under the impression that delivery was included from the ads I saw for the holiday weekend but that wasn't the case. The white glove service is just delivery & removing the plastic cover, nothing more. The mattress I purchased is comfortable & solid & I hope it lasts a long time because it was quite expensive despite being discounted for the holiday sale. I had purchased a mattress from a local store before going to DM & the owner was very unpleasant & charged me $300 to return the mattress even though they tell you when you're paying the policy is 365 days free returns & exchanges. They ask you to sleep on it for a month but I couldn't because there was just not enough support & then they did me "a favor" by charging me $300 to return it.
