Walk in no one replied hello even though we greeted them (which is their job.) Walk around for 15 min still no help. Left without exchanging a single word to their would've been customers, three sales men standing at the kiosk with their thumbs in their pockets. Customer service? Non existent. NOT difficult at all to say Hi back to a customer and do your JOB by asking if we need help, which we clearly communicated that we did. Weirdest, worst experience. Go to Mattress RX or somewhere different, literally anywhere else has wonderful customer service. read more

Mary Beth was super helpful when we where in the store and helped us find the perfect mattress. We where a little disappointed it was going to take 7 to 10 days for delivery but figured it would be worth the wait. Its been 12 days and Denver Mattress delivered me wet box springs, said they would bring replacements in a couple weeks and had me lay down towels. When they went to leave I asked if the mattress was wet and they said nope, it was fine. I signed their tablet, they left and I went and found a wet mattress. Chased them down and they said they would put in a order for a new one of those too. We waited 2 weeks for this and to have them delivered wet is super disappointing. read more

My partner and I went to Denver mattress on the second day after arriving in Boise from LA looking for a new mattress. Mary Beth, the assistant manager, was exceptional in her service. Very professional, informative, and outgoing. We decided to pick one mattress and tried it out if it will work. It turned out that after few days in a row, our back was just not doing well. It aches every morning. Then I decided to find a mattress that feels similar to my old mattress which I found but it was at a different store. Mary Beth graciously helped me with refund and promised me to help if I need anything else. This is the type of customer service that's beyond excellent. She puts the customer's well being first ahead of business. Yes she may not have my business but she has gained my loyalty. I will certainly recommend Denver mattress to anyone. read more

My wife and I had been considering a new mattresses for a while. Unsure of what exactly would be best for us, we went into Denver Mattress to see our choices where we ended up working with Reggie. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the options available to us and what the benefit of each was. After dragging him all over the store with questions about this and questions about that, we ended up settling on a Doctor's Choice Pillow top adjustable split-mattress. I will admit that the 1st couple of nights in it were a little rough because we had to break the bed in (no, not that way) enough until it got comfortable. Now we're a couple of months in and couldn't be happier with our mattress or the help we received at Denver Mattress. read more

So after watching all the ads on TV saying I need to replace my mattress every 8 years, I finally gave in and decided to replace my 20+ year old mattress. Actually, I only decided to buy a new mattress because I flipped the old one over and it was still very saggy. Not having gone mattress shopping since the 90's, it was a little bit of a sticker shock when I started searching online for recommendations. $1000-$1200+ for a mattress? I have a dog and 2 cats and sooner or later someone is going to have an accident in the bed (and it might even be me). There was no way I was shelling out that kind of money for a mattress. I was also disappointed to find out they don't even make the kind of mattress you can flip over any more -- now all you can do is rotate the mattress. Anyway, I found a Denver Mattress mattress and box spring for sale online so I drove over during my lunch hour, laid on a couple, and bought a mattress and box spring. Now I know I ordered a Full, but when I looked at the invoice the day of the delivery, I saw it said Queen. I called the store and they re-booked my delivery of the correct size for the following week. And because I was actually going down a size, they reduced the price and didn't charge me the delivery fee. Day of the delivery -- their delivery men were early, I got a call letting me know they were on the way, and everything went smoothly. Out with the old and in with the new in less than 15 minutes. So even though there was a little snafu in getting the correct size the first time, I'm still giving this business 5 stars for service and quality. My new mattress and box spring are super comfy (although quite a bit higher than my old set). BTW, why are we supposed to replace mattresses every 8 years when my new mattress comes with a 10 year warranty? Oh, and did I mention that Denver Mattress makes a donation to Clean Water for All with every purchase. How awesome is that! read more

We went to Denver Mattress to check out their inventory and get information regarding a few mattresses they had in stock. We were in the store for 20+ minutes. Not a single sales associated greeted, nor helped us. There were at least 3 sales associates on the floor at the time. One fellow even walked right by us. We left and went to RC Wiley. We were greeted immediately. I ended up purchasing (same day) a king size tempurpedic from RC Wiley. It's good to know that Denver Mattress can afford to lose 4k sales . read more

We bought a $1600 copper plush Sealy from Denver Mattress. A promotional offer with purchase included a $200 gift card that could be used in store only as well so we felt obligated to buy a mattress cover and box spring from THEM to use the offer to its full advantage. We were told that we had to keep the mattress for a 30 day trial period and if we were not satisfied, we could return it for a full refund. We asked if we would have to refund the gift card amount as well, the salesman said no, it was a promotional gift. We ended up returning the mattress. It didn't work for us at all. When I walked in and told them we had a mattress to return, they told me to drop it off in back and then come in for a refund. We did just that. I was surprised that none of the salespersons ever asked us why we were not happy with it, if there was something better to offer or even apologized for our inconvenience. It felt like we were an inconvenience to them and they wanted us out ASAP so other customers wouldn't hear our complaints. They did refund our money BUT subtracted the $200 gift card amount used on a different in store purchase because it was part of the mattress purchase AFTER telling us it wasn't. We paid $1682.94 and was refunded $1482.94. The gal at the counter could care less that we received wrong information and there was NOTHING she could do about it. Once again, No one bothered to see if we were interested in another mattress, or anything. I could have made a stink at the counter and got lots of attention to place doubt in surrounding customers but I thought it better to give a negative review instead. We will never shop here again and will advise others to stay away. There are plenty of mattress shops with friendlier staff who are willing to own their mistakes with regards to bad information and keep their customers happy. Denver Mattress seems to be all about commission. read more

My wife and I went in and were told 48 months zero interest on a nice bed that we picked out. On the day of delivery the salesmen called and said were sorry, we can not go through with this deal unless you pay in full in 12 months! We were approved by them for $8,000.00 in credit and the sale was less than $6.000.00 so this was not a credit issue. This is the classis bait and switch trick. They never delivered a product and still opened a credit account and charged $5,700.00 on the account even though we never got a bed from them !!! Now we have to close this account as a fraudulent transaction. We have a hit on our credit and still need a bed. Do not shop here !!!!! how do you show - 5 stars on this site ? read more

I am sorry to say that after 1.5 years, the Doctor's Choice Pillow top mattress we purchased for $740 was uncomfortable, springs popping, and basically unusable. We sold that mattress, box spring, and a frame and cover that were part of the purchase for $200. The frame and cover cost more than $200. We hate this mattress THAT MUCH! I called management to see if they would do something for us before this, since we are so completely unhappy. I was simply told - "it is not a warranty issue." I think a bed that is 1.5 years old, and only slept in by a 160 pound woman, should not be so poorly made and feel this bad. I am very unhappy. This is the worst mattress purchase of my life. My cost was about $500 a year. I recommend that you find yourself something better. Even the salesman admitted to me that you have to once a week "lay in the middle" to try to prevent valleys. Consumer report said it was a fine mattress, and they are absolutely wrong on this one. Or the manufacturing changed. In any case, I will definitely warn friends and family from buying this product. And I am done with Denver Mattress. read more
