We came, we saw, we did not buy at this new locally owned resale store. There are a couple of reasons why.. Firstly, the store was sparsely stocked. But mostly because the woman manning the store (yes, I did intend that to be a pun) didn't bother to ask if we were looking for anything or if she could help us. This in spite of the fact that there were only two other shoppers in the place, so not as if there was a crush. Given this is newly opened within the last several months, maybe they are still learning the customer care ropes. But they have a lot of competition in the area as resale stores go so one thinks they'd be interested in top notch help for both buyers and possible consigners. We were in for both reasons, actually. I'm shopping for accessories for particular home location. And I have a hand knotted, vegetable dyed, Pakistan originated, wool area rug that I'm hoping to consign. They did have some rolled rugs standing in the store, so it may be they would take mine. But since the person working there ignored us, only a cursory hello in response to my "hi" to her, I think I'll continue looking for both consignment and buying. Ending on a high note, the place is spotless and some of the accessory items look as if new. THIS N THAT: 1) PARKING: Private lot. 2) ACCESSIBILITY: Once you get in the door, the store is all on one floor with mostly ample clearances between items. But the parking lot here is another of many Boise area examples of parking that does not meet Federal ADA rules or Idaho Accessibility Building Code minimums. Neither for scope nor for design. However, that failure is the the strip mall owner's and not the store's. 3) NEIGHBOR: At the other end of the strip mall you'll find Model Home Furnishings which is recently under new ownership. They did not keep their word to us and lied flat out to their early out policy when my wife asked for a dispensation to liquidate our excess furniture on our own. We would recommend giving away any future excess furniture than using this business as a middle man. Beware before being bitten. read more

Beautiful store. There were some amazing pieces of furniture available. Great prices. Unfortunately, the customer service was non existent. I walked around the store for a good 20 minutes and the two women behind the counter couldn't be bothered with greeting me or asking if I was looking for something specific. STAY AWAY!!!!! Consignment is an agreement or partnership in selling something. This store happily took an expensive wall clock in for consignment. Which meant they were accepting responsibility for it. Nothing in their contract says otherwise. They then called in a couple of weeks and told me one of the hands on the clock "Just fell off". Even though they were in the process of hanging it at the time? Denying any kind of accident or responsibility. They did nothing but try to pass the blame or responsibility to anyone else, including the store who sold me the clock a year ago! After all that, no apology, no explanation, just "come get your clock". Worst of all, they speak with an attitude of supremacy and finality which would far exceed their actual position in the community. Never could I have been more disappointed in any establishment. read more

What a great consignment shop! I have been into this store multiple times. They always seem to have a new selection of product weekly. I recently purchased a leather chair and ottoman, and am very pleased with the quality! (Seriously....It was like new!) I do have a couple of tables I would like to try and sell at this consignment shop, and seeing how they always have such great turn over I am sure they will do a great job selling them! read more

I love this store!! Definitely Boise/Meridian/ Eagle's top consignment furniture & accessories. The store is super clean with lots of nicer, upscale selections to choose from! There are high end, unique pieces and the prices are very reasonable (you can find some great deals.) Lots of treasures here and a wide variety of styles to choose from!! I've been in several times and the owner & staff are super friendly & helpful. I find the location convenient, but if you don't live nearby, it's worth the trip! read more

I'm not much for writing reviews but our experience with this store really deserves notice. My wife and I are looking to replace a good amount of furniture that just doesn't fit into the style of our new home. This makes for a sizeable investment so we have been looking around at consignment stores. Not having much luck I didn't have high hopes going in, but this was a whole different experience. The quality of the items was above expectations and the merchandising was first rate, not at all what we have been experiencing. And I'm not sure I understand the comment about sparsely stocked, we found plenty to interest us. This really helped with our decisions. The staff was wonderful; friendly, knowledgeable about their offerings, and willing to help without being pushy or 'salesy' (if that's even a word). They offer all of the services you would hope for such as movers for delivery and pick up, as we have decided to consign some of our existing pieces with them. We learned that furniture painting classes are offered and this gave us some ideas about keeping a few things we had planned to part with. What more is there to say, a positive experience and we will be returning regularly to scout out the new arrivals. read more
