Just got home and the brakes are like new. I am convinced these folks are the best most honest folks in the business. That being said they can usually give you an estimate of how long your wait might be. Don't expect a luxurious waiting room. The waiting room is BASIC. It was probably last remodeled in 1985. There is a single bathroom, a few chairs and a vending machine. If you are lucky the tv will be on and tuned to a local station. There is no coffee machine, free waters or any other deluxe accommodations. However, your car will be fixed in a professional, timely and reasonably priced manner. Bring a book and a little bit of patience if you have a couple customers in front of you. I had three people in front of me today and was out the door in a little over an hour. My husband's car a couple weeks ago was a similar wait that day.
