I've only been to this location twice but my experience both times were great. The first time I had an appointment and was seen right away and my tire was repaired under my warranty. The second time, I had an appointment also. My car was in the bay before I knew it and I was out before the time the lady that set my appointment said I would. The lady at the register was more than helpful as well. read more

My wife, who has a mental and physical disability, was out of town when the headlight in our 11-year-old car went out. I told her to take it to the nearest Firestone to have it changed out. They did the job in approximately 20 minutes and charged her $394.67. When I called to complain, the manager told me it was based on Booktime (or something) standards, and they would not adjust the charge. Other auto shops also have and use standards, but when they come across one that is clearly wrong and unfair, they adjust. This place was happy to take advantage of a disabled woman in distress. How can they honestly think this is ok? The short-sightedness of this awful location will result in no other Firestone ever laying their hands on another of our 8 cars. I'm sure the Firestone in our neighborhood will appreciate them very much. Anyone who doesn't like to be ripped off should stay clear of this place. read more

scheduled an alignment for a Jeep with only consists of toe in adjustment they cashed to tell me that there odd no adjustment for caster and camber which anyone that has ever worked on a Jeep knows paid too much and the steering wheel is not straight they did offer to make it right but I do not trust them to work on my vehicle again I simply mark it up as a poor decision on my part for going there in the first place read more

Very disappointed. Oil change and new tire WITH AN APPOINTMENT took over 2 1/2 hours. Said my oil filter was a new model and had to wait for it. I saw them put the filter on, but rather than drop the car and fill the oil, they left it on the lift for 10 minutes before breaking for lunch. Customer satisfaction is not their goal. Real shame...I'll go to a different shop from now on. read more

I love this Firestone. As a broke recent college grad I drive a pretty old, crappy car. I can usually afford to get about one thing fixed on it at a time. The team is always super helpful and lets me know what the most immediate concern is. I really appreciate that they never judge me for not being able to afford more work. Recently, my car started making a very scary clunking noise. I limped it in for them to look at, and they determined that one of the wheels was lose. I had gotten my tires changed here about a month ago, and they determined that that would be the only reason the wheel would be lose. I needed a whole new wheel, and they really stepped up. They took care of the cost of the replacement which was truly a godsend. I am so thankful for their work that's probably the only reason my car is still rolling around Indiana read more

Called On a Thursday and scheduled a inspection of a car I was looking to purchase. Even though it was a one owner car with 35k miles Firestone found brake issues. I was given and estimate for the brakes took it back to the dealer and they are replacing the brakes. So my $22 at Firestone saved me in $900 on brake repairs on a car I just purchased. read more

Be forewarned... I have been going here since their grand opening and on the most recent trip for an oil change I began experiencing exhaust issues immediately on leaving the lot. If you value your time and money, avoid this establishment at all costs. I set up an 8 am appointment for an alignment, arrived before 8 am and my car sat in the parking for about a good 30 minutes before anything was done with it, then my car spent over an hour on and running having nothing done to it, after spending over an hour and half here an employee tells me they can't perform the alignment due to one of their cameras not working, then why was my car in there for an hour with no actual service being done?! Convenience and proximity to my house is a big reason why I went here for the first time several months ago. I've always been given great service and great prices so I've continue to come back for my oil changes. I had some issues brought to my attention when I was in on Saturday and I appreciate the fact that they explained them well and I didn't feel like they were trying to sell me something. They even offered up several different ways I could save money with surveys, coupons in their app, and their website. I love that because I'm a coupon girl and I'm always looking for ways to save, especially when it comes to major purchases. I would give zero stars if I could. I took my car in because the low beam wouldn't turn on after I replaced the bulb. I was thinking the socket might be bad. Turns out it was just a bad bulb. My car was back there for 30 minutes and they had the nerve to charge me $90 for an oil change and 1 new low beam bulb. Practically stealing!!!! read more

This may be the worst Firestone in Indiana. Keep in mind this is a 9am appt on a Tuesday. Over an hour on what should be a 30min oil change. Went to get complimentary coffee, no coffee no cups. Went to grab complimentary soda, no soda. Wifi was so slow I had to switch back to data. To boot it's February and probably 65°F in here. This is the third time, never again. read more

I was hoping for "Complete Auto Care" as this was my first visit at this location. That did not happen. I scheduled an appointment about a week ahead of my service and indicated I would wait. I just need front brake pads and my rotors resurfaced anticipating two hours +/-. When I checked in I was advised it would three hours before my car could be looked at. That would mean a five hour wait for simple brake service. I told the manager I could not wait. She said nothing. Not a word. No apologies, no nothing. I turned and left, never to return. I wish I could give this place zero stars. We had a tire blow out on the interstate on our way home from Indy, and were happy to see there was a Firestone tire less than a mile from the interstate exit we pulled off on; we wouldn't have to drive home on our donut. Well, we were denied service. Even though they were not closing for over an hour, they claimed it would take too long, and that they could get us in the next day. My husband explained to them that we were not from the area, and that we were traveling home on the interstate when our tire blew, and if they could please get us in. The staff employee simply told him nope, and refused to help. I guess their business motto is to do as minimal work as possible on a Saturday, least they to work a little bit over so that a family can make it home safely. Took my vehicle here for a vibration/noise I was feeling and hearing. After a "complete vehicle inspection" I was told that an alignment should be done. I had lifetime alignments on that vehicle so I agreed. The vehicle was inspected and I was told there were no other issues. The alignment didn't fix the vibration/noise - and I didn't think it would - but I was still a bit concerned that nothing out of the ordinary was discovered. Four days later the transmission imploded while driving on the highway. I am not sure how much of an in-depth inspection the transmission receives, if any, during a "complete vehicle inspection" at Firestone but it seems to me that an impending transmission failure would be detected/diagnosed sooner rather than later particularly when their website reads that a, "Complete vehicle inspections provide a deep examination of the major components of your car." read more

Had car towed there to repair two flat tires after swerving to avoid an accident on the highway. My daughter was greeted with exclamations that included profanity regarding the damage to the tires. Very long story short, was sent away with tire pressure light still on. After several calls, a visit to a neighborhood Firestone to correct the Noblesville mistake, after being told the mechanics at the first store broke something, after having paid over 200.00, best they can offer is to bring it back (40 min. from my home), but they still won't have the tool they need to confirm the problem is fixed. I am now taking the car to my trusted mechanic and will pay more money to get the problem fixed. read more
