Actually I had initially went to the truck in Massapequa but it wasn't there the day I went, we even called the store and the owner stated it was there but the truck was not there that day.... So we decided to just go to the Baldwin location instead. Staff greeted us immediately and since it is a smaller and more intimate space we had to wait about 10/15 minutes tops before we were able to get a table. I orders the grilled cheese turkey smash burger and let me tell you, that burger was fantastic. All the favor bursting in my mouth, I devoured that burger. I also got onion rings, which also were crispy and well cooked. I hate when my onion is soggy so I was a happy camper. My granddaughter got the kids grilled cheese. Staff was very attentive, kept checking on us and giving us refills when they noticed we were low. Wry good experience.

This place is really good for spicy Cajun style burger, fries, and Mac and cheese…read more The Mac and cheese we ordered came with truffle and short rib. Very well flavored and the short rib was particularly delicious. The Williamsburg burger comes with caramelized onions, cheddar, and bacon and the quality of the meat is top notch. It comes with a choice of regular or Cajun fries. We tried the Cajun and thought they were really good! We also got an order of Parmesan garlic chicken wings which we weren't big fans of because they were too fried and greasy but wings fans would probably like them (to be candid, the only wings I really enjoy are Anthony's Coal Fire Pizza wings which are more grilled so it might be me). Overall great spot with their beef being particularly good! Wish they had some vegetable offerings too (even if not super healthy) since the chef clearly knows how to cook and spice well.

We chose to sit and eat but it definitely seems as though it's more a takeout spot, they even have a cute little window for pickups. Regardless the staff was very friendly. We definitely ate with our eyes and went home with leftovers. We got the honey bbq wings, mozzarella sticks and the spanky sandwich and quesadilla. The quesadilla needed some kind of sauce or something. Felt a little dry. The sandwich version was good. The mozzarella sticks were standard who doesn't love a mozzarella Stick. My favorite were the wings so crispy and their honey bbq was great! The cocktails are only $10 which is great deal. We got the strawberry lemonade sans alcohol which is typically a cocktail. I would want to try other items and a $10 cocktail when I'm in the mood to see how they fare but really I would say the wings were the best item we got.

Called the store & spoke to Chris who was soooo nice and just very friendly (he's the owner btw) and offered to give me another batch to correct the misunderstanding. I didn't need a replacement but was calling to let them know. The wings are perfectly fried and juicy on the inside. The sauce wasn't too sweet which was good and the spice was pretty mild. The wings are meaty and the order is so much (already ate 2 pieces before remembering to take a photo). Spanky's still my place to order wings. They're very consistent with the flavor and the quality of the wings are just impeccable!
