My family booked a…read morevacation on one of the pre-assigned appointments and I let the groomer know 5 weeks ahead we'd have to reschedule and they said nothing was available to reschedule for months and we'd just have to skip that appointment (sorry, that doesn't work with a Shih Tzu - can't go that long in between hair cuts). Anyways, I communicated via text about the issue and now they refuse to provide any service unless we pay a $50 no show fee plus $50 pre booking for future services. Very bad way to do business and we'll gladly stick with Earthwise.

I called comfort clips pet spa made an appointment to get his nails trimmed. When I got there, the lady was very friendly and professional. I told her that my dog might be a little hard to get his nails cut. She told me it would not be a problem. She said if you want you can wait here it'll take about five minutes. I waited and he was talking a lot, but they stayed firm and were able to cut his nails. I made an appointment to have my dog be groomed at a later date. I'm very happy with this place and would highly recommend it.
