I got to there 9:15, because she is always late and I was told I wait, and she still wasn't there this morning at 9:15 or 9:20. I had brushed and combed my poor little guy. He did have a slight rash on his belly and Brittney called me about it. Said there were some mats. Took him to the vet that said what was as fine was completely unnecessary. Wonder if she took her bad mood out on her kids when she picked them home. Never, ever again.

I'll be honest, I don't have any pets. I stopped by since I was thinking of one of my girlfriends whom we were all out together the night before who has her precious dog named Connor and texted her about it. There were different reps from the companies whose pet food brand are carried at this store. This is serious stuff, some are just a state or two away so the food is more fresh. The flavors for the food sounded quite appealing and it was amazing to learn that there are different ones depending on the food allergies that the dog or cat may have, whether old or young, size, etc. My Hubby has tons of allergies (thus one reason for no pets and he was smart not to ask me to choose between him and my cat when we got married decades ago) and these food options were quite amazing. These were dry food but there were also canned (and other packaged that needs to be refrigerated). I decided to go into the store and it almost felt like when our kids were young, when we would go to the mall and stop by the Disney Store! The aisles were nicely laid out, clean. I never realized how large the store was as I never walked to this end of Publix strip at Five Forks. The staff were very friendly and upbeat and wow, towards the back is like pet spa for dogs (maybe cats too) as I saw one large dog getting prepped to go to his "room" and there were signs of the different treatments. I'm posting photos of the store and of the Expo. They were handing out treats to the dogs that were there and the store staff were wearing costumes. Definitely telling my friend about this place as I know she treats her dog with a silver spoon. I don't know what pet prices are like, though they seemed to be having a special with this event. Either way, definitely check this place out if you want to get supplies, food, toys, pet furniture, grooming/treatments for your dog and/or cat.

I was lucky to get an appointment. It's a small shop, and you can see the pups being groomed. Based…read moreon what I observed on the two occasions I've been there, they treat the pups very well. What makes the difference between this shop and most others? They LISTEN!! To what you're saying, and what you can't describe. My dog is not easy to trim; his hair grows in all directions! But they understood what and how to do him. They even did things I forgot to ask for. He looked and smelled SO much better! I like the fact that I don't have to get him in before 8 am, and that it's not after 5 before I can pick him up! My little guy doesn't sit in a carrier all day at home. Why should he have to sit in one all day, waiting to be washed, fluffed and trimmed? These ladies don't do that! Try them out (if you can find an opening). You won't be disappointed!

I missed 2 appointments due to a work conflict (started working full time and explained that to them was having a hard time balancing everything) and apologized and that wasn't good enough they called me today and told me they didn't need my business anymore when I tried to book another appointment. They told me missing appointments didn't work for them. That they had a waiting list of people that were dying to get in there. I hope they are perfect and never miss an appointment. I am very disappointed and hurt by the phone call.

Pup In A Tub provides excellent dog grooming services but also has self-wash tubs that provide a…read moreconvenient, cost-effective way to wash even very large dogs if you want to wash your own pup. The owners are kind, friendly, and caring. When I took my 10 year old chocolate Lab in for a nail trim, they opted to file his nails since the quick was close to the end of his nails and they didn't want to risk any discomfort. They took the extra time and effort it takes to file nails instead of using the quick & easy clippers, putting my dog's comfort first. I decided to wash my Lab myself while I was there. The large, elevated stainless steel tubs have walk-up steps that make it easy for older dogs to get in and out and they are a real back-saver! They have an adjustable sprayer and a dispenser with an assortment of shampoos and conditioners that really make washing your dog easy. The owners gave me some tips and a scrubber that did a great job of working the shampoo into that thick water-repellant Lab coat and my dog didn't mind it at all. The owners showed me how to wash my dogs face using a blueberry facial and my dog just loved the extra attention. When you're done rinsing, they have blowers so you can blow-off extra water to help dry your dog more quickly. They also provide aprons and towels. If you need a careful, attentive dog groomer or just want to give your dog a quick bath yourself, I highly recommend Pup In A Tub.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I can not stress this enough. The prices on the website are not even a guideline…read more I was told when I made the appointment that it would be $110 for my dog. After he was cut I was told that it was $140. When I asked why the price went up the answer was simply "because it's $140". When I showed the owner the price online ($110) she stated that "Those are old prices". I told her that's not how online prices work and you need to honor that price. Her response (unbelievably) was "The price is $140". After a back and forth I gave her $120 just to get my dog. After I left the other owner (a man) called and SCREAMED at me. During this he called me (and I quote) "A white piece of shit". And that if he had been there I would have been in trouble I never raised my voice or used profanity during the exchange and this was how I was treated. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
