Replacing two centennial hollies with black mulch was a start. Followed by 3 hostas by our walkway. Also added a small knock out bush (rose) , along with one smallish gold mop by the front corner. It took the 4 guys a tad over an hour to get everything planted. Prices are reasonable. Expect to wait a few weeks for your work to be completed. Sam came over and looked at the job, and gave me an estimate, which was fair, for the work. Like I said, this was a difficult project, and ran into a number of snags. As S&N proceeded with the demolition of the deck, there was a water pipe that needed to be rerouted, a gas pipe that needed to be removed, multiple electrical wirings that needed to be removed, and the main power cables that ultimately had to be replaced. S&N was great in working with all of these setbacks as we got them done, and finally got to the business of placing the patio pavers. Sam had great recommendations for how this should be done, and decided on two occasions that what was planned was not going to work. He always was up front and communicative about any changes. Both times he had to tear up what had already been done, to then replace the work with what was going to work best. Over a 10 day period of time, working in cooperation, I finally had a great new paver patio. I just need to do some siding repair and landscaping. Sam, Nancy, and crew were great to work with, and I would surely recommend them for your 'hardscaping' work.

There were small holes throughout the installation area. There is several places that the dimple board was not placed under the installation area or it moved but seems to be missing. So we called Patrick on May 22,2026 to explain our concerns and since it is warranted to get the work completed. Well he then directed us to another phone number of a person that does the repairs. Well this person has yet to give us a date for said repairs. It's been three weeks and busy or not setting up a date should not be this difficult. If you look at above pics why would they leave one vent original and the other vents capped in black vent looks crazy. What if the humidifier breaks or these holes enlarge. This would destroy my property down in basement and this was the reason we paid a lot of money to have this project completed. They don't seem to stand behind their product and their installation.
