I asked him if he can come sooner to cut the grass and he said yes. He came back, did the grass and then on Sunday he cut down 3 foot high weeds in my backyard, trimmed my bushes, and put mulch down for me. I was skeptical to go with this person because there were no reviews but once I met him, I could tell he was professional. I did have to use a translator a few times, but if he didn't understand, he definitely asked questions and was very understanding. I highly recommend this individual, and now we will be on a biweekly rotation for grass!

The initial clean up and mowing service was good. My issue was with their administrative service…read more The mowing service started at $36 (first time customer discount) ever other week, after three or so mows it went to $42 (the regular rate). When the Fall began they tried to charge me $60! When I called they said it was a mistake but that the price would go up to $52! Which I would not have agreed to! I told them that I hadn't received the mandatory email notice/agreement of the increase, (which they are suppose to do with your permission). Yet they still attempted to charge me. Also the customer is suppose to approve of the work before being billed or paying. Fortunately, I used a prepaid credit card to set up the service so they couldn't with draw the funds or bill me, without me putting the funds in first. They just proceeded with the service without my approval but they didn't get paid. I want to resolve this and I hope that they will agree to the $42 charge so I can close the account.

I am extremely disappointed with the landscaping services provided by H&T Lawn & Landscape. The…read morequality of the work fell far below expectations, especially considering the premium price they charged. The project was completed with little attention to detail. Several areas were left unfinished, plants were poorly installed, and cleanup was inadequate. Communication throughout the process was frustrating, with delays and unanswered questions. When concerns were raised, there was little effort made to address them or correct the issues. Most disappointing was the cost. The final price was significantly higher than what the quality of the work justified. For the amount charged, I expected professional craftsmanship and reliable service, but unfortunately received neither. I would not recommend H&T Lawn & Landscape to anyone looking for quality landscaping work or fair pricing. There are far better options available that provide better value and customer service.
