While we collected other estimates during the week, Alex texted the following Saturday saying he can come today and we agreed on a price. Around 7pm when the lawn was still not mowed, I texted Alex and no response. Got a response later at night and apologized for not coming and will mow Monday. I understand things happen and no problem coming Monday. All day Monday no confirmation, no lawn mowed and no communication. Tuesday no communication, Wednesday no communication, Thursday no commutation, finally Friday Alex texted back stating he no longer will service our home with no reasoning as to why. While I can not comment on the actual lawn service, the communication was disappointing.

Excellent communication (in English), fair price, and did what he said they would even when I wasn't there to check. Worked efficiently, and let me know about a rain delay for additional planned work, and then arrived when he said they would. I have no hesitation at all in requesting additional work. Very pleased with this service.

Until recently we had a contract with TM Landscaping to mow our lawn every week. However, in early…read moreNovember the company came onto the property to do a fall clean-up. This is something that was specifically excluded from the contract. When they did the clean-up, they ended up blowing away all the mulch we had carefully put down. In subsequent phone calls and emails we tried to rectify this because the invoice they presented included this work. It also included an amount for lawn-mowing on a particular day which, in fact, had not been done. Sadly, this turned into some ugly phone calls in which my husband was insulted by the owner of the company. We were shocked by this behavior. We have therefore decided to terminate our services with the company.

Also, I live in Jackson Heights Queens and am a real customer. I noticed another reviewer make accusations that the positive reviews are fake based on the reviewers' location. Well, this one is certainly real and often people move and their locations might change.
