Do NOT hire ! I hired over 1yr ago. To fill & extend our yard They dumped Logs, anywhere they could, chipping from other jobs- disaster! after I sd don't, he left his machine here over 4 months-list goes on.. after countless calls & texts Johnny promising to take care of this, he has not. I DID advise,legal action will be taken. yet again another month has passed- he has forced us to move forward with legal action. I called for an estimate and Johnny came the next day to walk our property. He quoted a reasonable day rate and the crew came next day. There is an old adage that the right tools make a job easier. Johnny's cousin Allen arrived with a 100 foot plus crane, and a very responsible crew. It was truly an amazingly efficient and clean operation. High Class cut several trees, ground the stumps and removed the trees while leaving the property appropriately clean.I recommend High Class without reservation and will continue to use their service. read more

This company was hired by our neighbor to cut down 2 small dead trees on his property. Instead of cutting anything on his property, they came into our property and began cutting down a completely healthy 100 year old tree that was the cornerstone of our property. If we were not home to stop them the tree would be gone. The police were called and the crew admitted to having no instructions and no idea which tree to cut down. My neighbors yard is fenced in so there is no way they could think they were on his property. They cut down other trees on our property as well and left a mess. We will be pursuing legal action. Never, ever consider hiring this company. read more

Called for an estimate and owner came to our house a couple hours later because he was in the immediate area. He quoted a great price to remove one huge pine and a few branches from nearby tree. His quote was much lower than 2 other businesses. I agreed to work w them. He claimed he would be at the house by end of next week and he'd contact me in a couple days to let me know which day. A few days later, my neighbor texts me at work and tells me that the guys are way up in my pine tree, nearly ready to take the de-limbed trunk. The crew completed the massive cut; blew away debris (and half the flowers and mulch w their way too powerful blowers); did this in a few hpurs. Very fast--great.--however, they never removed the other branches and since I was NEVER CONTACTED I couldnt advise. 8 called Johnny and he told me he would talk w me when he came to pick up the check. He never came over but sent his (admin??) guy to get the check. I phoned and text him a total of 8 times in following 6 weeks respectfully asking him to complete the job, especially since he just showed up at my house without notification to us. He responded twice with "I'm out of town" and "I may be in area next week and will reach out to you". Never heard from him again. Poor business model. If you use this guy, I recommend never leaving your property. I felt a bit cheated and would NOT recommend. read more

If you were to write a manual on how to run a perfect tree removal job you would have to go no further than these guys. Johnny was recommended to me by my neighbor and also a landscaper I know. He stopped by a few weeks ago, gave me an estimate to remove three massive trees and grind 5 stumps. He said he was busy for a few weeks but would put me on his schedule since it wasn't an emergency job. We spoke two weeks later and he said he would the job the following Thursday. I went out to move the cars from the driveway at 7:50 Thursday morning and the crew were already in the street with a crane, a wood shipper and the rest of their equipment. They put plywood down to protect the lawn and proceeded to go to work. The job was done in a few hours, the guys were totally professional removing the trees and cleaned up. Except for the remnants of some saw dust left over from the stump grinding, you would never know the equipment, the guys or the trees were ever there. Great Job!! Johnny and his crew were great. I called around 6am on a Sunday morning needing a tree down in my yard within the next 3 days before the fence installers finished. Johnny got back to me very quickly and was out to give me a quote that morning. I told him the urgency of the tree removal and was able to send his crew out that day to remove the tree. Then they came back 2 days later for the stump removal (would have been next day but it was down pouring rain) The tree and stump were removed so quickly and now we were able to make our fence bigger which was huge (the fence installers had already started and were almost at the tree) We got quotes from other tree removal services that were more than Johnny quoted and couldn't come till 4 days later which would have been too late. We really appreciate the speed they were able to help us out in and the work they did was thorough. High class! read more

Johnny and the Team was excellent . They came on time and removed many trees in the front and back of house of the house . They even recommended some that were dying that I didn't notice . We worked out a payment plan . He also does snow removal . He is A-plus quality . I would definitely use him again . His price was extremely reasonable. read more

Johnny and his crew were great, had a price that couldn't be beat by anyone ( had 6-8 estimates), guys were professional new exactly what needed to be done, on time, fast, cleanup was perfect, removed tree (about 50-60ft.)and all debris in about 3 hours no fuss no muss. I hired Johnny and his team thanks to a family member who gave them an excellent report. Our job was a big one- removing brush, cutting down a dozen large trees that were close to my house, and cleaning up limbs/removing wood from the job. I contacted Johnny to cut down a large tree in my back yard. I rate my experience with High Class Tree Service as Excellent - I have rated them 5 stars and would rate them even higher. They arrived on time, were very skilled in cutting down the tree, did a great job in cleaning up my yard, and were very friendly and professional.
