Stopped here with friends. Still fun and entertaining. The wax statues are in great shape. I like how they put props out so you can take some fun photo ops. My friends have never been here and really had a good time. The prices were reasonable and customer service was great.

It was a fun experience and a way to pass time. We came here our first night on our trip to Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge as we were waiting for everyone else to arrive. A lot of well known celebs even those that my kids knew about. Not all figures looked like who they are supposed to be but close enough. We still had a great time and really cool to see.

We went to Tennessee to see the wax museum. It was great. The actors they did actually looked amazing. Many more pictures and if you buy the package you get to go to the haunted house for free and they have some exciting things to do in there also

Well it was a 4th of July weekend and my friends wife mentioned about this wax museum it was fun I do recommend spending $40 for the two exhibits because the 2nd building was a walk through horror and adventure. 4 out of 5 stars because some of the celebrity wax people did not look real like Harrison Ford as Indiana Jones. I like they had Dwayne Johnson The other building has a maze of mirrors and the zombie walk through for like a haunted house for Halloween the last one is a ride similar which is why you need to get the $40 all pass versus $31admisson other pricey that's why 4 stars

We stopped at the Hollywood Wax Museum on a whim, and honestly, we kind of regretted it for the price point. Tickets were around $32 per person, which felt a bit steep considering the overall condition of the facility. The wax figures themselves were neat to see -- several were impressively realistic -- but many showed noticeable wear or small issues that took away from the experience. The building and displays in general felt a little run down and could really use some updates. If you're a big fan of wax museums or have kids who are excited to see the figures, it might still be worth a stop. But if you're just looking for something to do in Pigeon Forge, I'd probably save your money and spend it elsewhere.

It was fun for what it is. Some of the wax celebrities need a redo..... but the kids loved it and that's all that matters. Pricey..... very pricey

Good time with plenty to see. If you buy the all in one pass, it's a very good value. Some of the figures were pretty far off, but most looked like the real deal.

This place was so fun!

My boyfriend and I randomly stopped by the wax museum while visiting TN for my birthday weekend. This was a pleasant surprise addition to our trip. We had SO MUCH FUN! It was so cool to walk through the museum and see all the celebrities up close and personal. It's a pretty extensive museum too. We spent about an hour or hour and a half in there lol. It wasn't over crowded at all and you got to spend a little time at each celebrity. This was a really cool experience I genuinely enjoyed. Highly recommend!!!

Our family had so much fun interacting with the wax figures and spent almost 2 hours here. The facility was well maintained and the sets with the statues were inviting guests to pose and interact, using available props. We enjoyed our experience and found it surprising on the actual size comparisons of some of the celebrities represented here. It certainly was worth the visit and was one of the many highlights of our trip. We had many great laughs and took lots of photos. The gift shop offers photos to purchase of you family's initial pose with King Kong upon entering. The price for the photos were some of the most reasonably priced amusement photos in the area at approximately $30ish for 3 larger photograph sheets. It was worth the investment for the memories.

This place was alot of fun. A nice visit for family and friends to attend. Also, they did a great job with creating a lot of the wax statues. Some still need a little work but overall it's a great place to take cute photos next to a celebrity. I would recommend if you're in the area.

Walking around taking as many photos with the wax celebrities was pretty cool with the accessories on some to put on. Most of the celebrities I knew right away Ofcourse. Nice tour and we brought the full attraction deal to make it worth it, good for couples and family.

I've been to A LOT of wax museums and this is not one of the better ones. It's still nice but very small compared to the ones I've been to. A lot of the figures look great but some.. not so much. I much prefer Madame Tussauds but Pigeon Forge only has the Hollywood one. Nashville has Madame Tussauds. I do enjoy the fact this place has props to put on while "meeting" the celebrities. It was okay, nothing more nothing less. I personally wouldn't check it out again but if your in the area, looking for something to do, this is a decent place!

The majority of the wax figures looked like the celebrities they represented. The place was clean and well lit. We spent more time in the museum than we thought.

Funny attraction, but gets old after a couple of visits. The cost wasn't super worth it, but it was alright for a first time experience.

I was worried that there wouldn't be any new exhibits but I was surprised and happy to find the opposite to be true. They have definitely expanded and updated since my last visit. If you enjoy true crime and/or history this is a great spot to visit. On the crime side of things they have a wide range of crimes-not just serial killers or murder. (They do have a Ted Bundy VW beetle and 2 John Wayne Gacy clown costumes on display). They also have areas for financial crimes, etc. History wise they start off in medieval era, then the Wild West, mafia to present day. Nice exhibit on 911. Interactive exhibits too, like DUI and autopsy. Well worth the price of admission to me. Easily a couple hours of stuff to do. Especially nice on a rainy day!

So this becomes a 1.5-2 hour engagement. It can be dark in areas, so if you're the owner of old eyes. Break out the iPhone flashlight. The rooms are designed to be progressive thru the years (the Middle Ages were messed up!!!). So the pacing is well thought. We went in the off season and it wasn't crowded. I could see during the season, it could be a challenge. Lots of middle aged women that listen to "those podcasts". So husbands be wary when wives start nodding at one another. A great place to go on a "weather" day. As a side note, the staff made a point of stating that all but four display items were authentic and not recreations.

From the moment you arrive and see the massive ship replica, you can tell this is something special. The exterior alone is stunning and immediately sets the tone for what's inside. As soon as you walk in, you're given a boarding pass with the name of a real passenger or crew member, which adds a deeply personal and immersive element to the visit. Throughout the museum, you follow their journey, and by the end, you find out their fate--it's a powerful and emotional touch that really connects you to the history. The exhibits are extremely well done and very interactive. You're not just looking at displays--you're experiencing them. From touching a real iceberg to feeling the sloping decks that simulate the ship's final moments, everything is designed to help you understand what it was like on board. The attention to detail is incredible, with beautifully recreated rooms like the Grand Staircase that make you feel like you've stepped back in time. The museum does an amazing job of balancing education and emotion. There's so much history to learn, with real artifacts, detailed information, and stories about passengers and crew that bring everything to life. It's clear that a lot of care and respect went into telling the story of Titanic in a meaningful way. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate, which made the experience even better. The entire facility was clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate, allowing you to take your time and fully enjoy each part of the museum. Overall, this is an unforgettable experience that goes far beyond a typical museum visit. Whether you're a Titanic enthusiast or just looking for something unique and meaningful to do, this is an absolute must-visit. This is a very hands-on, interactive museum. I highly recommend Beyond the Lens for families with older kids. Sometimes, it can be hard to find things that older kids will like. The museum has two sections one that is filled with artifacts, memorabilia, models, etc. From WW1, WW2 and beyond. The second part is the hanger which is filled with several aircrafts, military vehicles, plan parts you name it. Mark was very nice and stayed near us to explain certain things if we had any questions. He was full of information but did not hover of us and let us roam freely which was nice. Aviation Museums is one of our vacation staples as my husband is an aviator and loves everything…read morerelated to aviation. We stopped by to see this place and this review is a combination of his opinion from a aviator perspective and my overall value and customer service. My biggest issue was that the promoted a "military" discount that doesn't include military spouses/dependents. It's up to the business if they want to offer a military discount but if they are going to only apply it to active duty service members then say that. I don't think it was a good value personally to pay 23$ to walk around a tiny hanger. I was also under the impression that there would be people to like talk to you about exhibits, answer questions and just overall engage with people on the topic. That is not the case, at least from our experience. Thankful my husband as a lot of aviation history knowledge and that made it engaging and enjoyable for me to know and learn about what I'm paying to see. Didn't help that the cashier made me feel terrible about asking why our total was 23$ rather than the like 16$ it should have been because I had thought the military discount would apply to both of us. Anyway, the point is I I don't think this place was worth the price and really lacks good customer service or really any customer interaction. My husbands opinion was that the exhibits seems haphazardly put together. It seemed like a hanger full of whatever planes they could get there hands on. It doesn't measure up to the other places we've been to. He did enjoyed seeing the two P-47s Warbirds and the Hollywood Exhibit with the list of movies that some of the aircraft were used in as props. Overall he says that it's not a must see for aviation buffs or enthusiasts just a good way to kill time.

What a MADHOUSE! We bought the premium tickets online, never offered the VIP. We came here at 7pm,…read morebecause the email said regular tickets come 730, VIP comes at 7. Unsure we came at 7 they said pick tickets up 720, we returned 2 lines, the only sign saying prepaid tickets proceed through scanners. Went through scanner, nope VIPs only. The security directed us to the long line that wraps half around the building. It's frustrating and we weren't the only ones to experience this. Once in line, you proceed through the metal detector, past security, there is a booth, where the employees ask your name. Once you provide it, they hand you tickets, and you proceed to the photo area. The staff takes your photos to sell to you later during the show. Before getting to the show and seating, you stay in an area where there is a 3 person band playing, and signing. They do country, as well as some classic rock. The band themselves were very good, and got the crowd to participate in their show, calling out where they are from, and being overall interactive. While in the area, they sell refreshments, alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages, popcorn, glasses and so on. At approximately 820pm, the staff directs you upstairs to proceed through the red curtains into the seating. If you buy regular tickets your in rows 4+ going up. These seats provide an overall better view of the arena, it's not so high you can't see, maybe 10 rows to top? The premium seats are first 3 rows, if you have small children who want to be more interactive in the show and have a better view I would recommend these seats. Our waiter Tim, was a great guy, funny, and attentive to needs. The dinner, was served, starting with a roll, vegetable soup. Next came the Cornish game hen, then mashed potatoes, corn on cob and brisket. Overall the food was good, and lots of it! You get your own mini rotisserie chicken, and 1 scoop of each of the other. Before the show starts you pick your desert, our options were apple crisp, or chocolate coconut cake. We got the crips, which came to us hot, and delicious. You can order drinks from the scan code at the table, or the waiter will come by pre show and ask what you would like to drink. Options were coke products, tea (sweet and unsweetened) lemonade, and water. Moving into the show, so first and foremost, i haven't been to a lot of dinner shows. This one however was great, they had horsemanship, races, competitions and more. Once the show begins the show master, begins by amping up the crowd, 1 side is the north, 1 side the south, they have friendly competitions for both sides during the show. They have you cheer on your team, as they race around obstacles, pick up flags and return the competing against the other side. They also do pig races, where you cheer on the north or south, overall I believe there is 10-11 completions, all fun, and gets you amped up. During the competitions they will bring out people from the crowd (2-3 times) and have them participate in the games, and also a little wagon magic tricks. Besides the completion thy putting shows such as riding horses through and around obstacles, a butterfly show (horses with wings, lights and people acting as butterfly's). They also have some aerial displays and parts of the show. Overall a fun experience minus the mass confusion at the beginning, would recommend going especially if you have children. You won't leave hungry, the food I would say is worth it, the show is worth seeing. Things worth noting, it is a little expensive, tickets for 2 can be north of $100, the drinks, for 2 plastic mason jar alcohol drinks with tip $50+. Be prepared to spend a little. 2 show times, 6 pm, and 830pm.

You have a choice of coconut chocolate cake or apple turnover. You can purchase a souvenir photo for $35. They have a gift shop. The servers work super hard carrying trays of food, serving you and refilling drinks. You are deemed either North or South based on where you are sitting around the arena.
