A fun low key walk through with great sets and a few scares. We did Outbreak and and played the Castle of Chaos Carnival shooting game/ride. Worth a visit, but a little pricey for just the two haunted experiences. Only two bucks more if you want to visit the wax museum and the mirror maze but we weren't interested. read more

Outbreak is a zombie themed haunted house attractions located in a popular tourist strip of pigeon forge Tennessee. Outbreak can be purchased as its own separate event but is usually bundled up with a 4 way attraction event with Hollywood wax museum, Hannah' mirror maze and the 7d theatre ride called "castle of chaos ". The wax museum is in its own exterior building and at the rear of the parking lot is a second exterior building that is a castle. Inside the castle you will find the other 3 attractions. After visiting the Gatlinburg/Sevierville/pigeon forge areas I do feel this 4 attraction pass is the best bundled tourist attraction in all 3 towns. This whole haunted attraction takes about 8 minutes to get through. You are led to a small room where you watch a little video preparing you and setting up the zombie outbreak story. The whole walkthrough consisted of multiple rooms you enter that is full of animatronics and live people providing the jump scares and thrills. I'll be honest it is much more scary than I would have anticipated especially compared to the other 3 attractions on site. If you frighten easy or do not like traditional haunted houses then stay away. That said if you do enjoy them then this will be a nice surprise for you. It's not terrifying scary but they do a good job and are very creative with some of the jump scares. read more

An absolute thrill! Our group had so much fun. A must-try experience for anyone who loves a good scare!

What a fun afternoon! I was a little concerned when we walked up (oblivious to the signage directing us to buy tickets at the wax museum), and the manager- type sternly informed us to go back there. However, the kids that work there are incredibly courteous and friendly, which more than made up for it. The attraction itself is worth the money. It is well done, with a fun story line, great sets, and animatronics, with some live acting. My teenage daughters and I had a great time; a lot of air blasts, banging, and apocalyptic zombies popping out. We did the combination pass and all of the activities were fun: the wax museum, the 3-D roller coaster, and the mirror maze. Even with the pandemic, the lines were not long, and they did a nice job of managing social distancing, face coverings, etc. For the price, you get a lot of entertainment value. read more

Found this place when passing by and had no idea it was here! Great walk through haunt that is family friendly and not too scary for the pre teen age group but also a few good jump scares for the adults. Worth checking out for the price point. read more

We came in for the wax museum (mom, dad 18YO & 22YO), ended up getting the all access pass. My dad and I (22) were the only ones in the family to go through the Outbreak zombie place. 10/10 would recommend. Screamed & cried about halfway through and.... yes.... walked out crying looking for my mom. Would NOT recommend to those with anxiety, or those with small children. Mirror Maze was fun as well. 10/10 a tourist trap. 5D movie stimulations (We did the carnival) was great as well. Wax museum was cool but we've been to them all over the US so we had some repeaters. All in all, if you're looking for something to pass time, I would recommend. Wasn't a "had to do it" kinda thing but definitely worth it In my opinion! 12/29/19. read more

We came here for this attraction not knowing that there are 4 attractions here. As soon as we entered and approached the ticket counter. Was hit with this overwhelming smell of sour body odor. The girl explained the costs of the attractions and told of the cost for all 4 attractions ($30). BUY ALL 4!! (one cost $15!) While standing there deciding what to do she hollers loudly at some people who walked in past us towards one attraction entrance "do you have tickets?" they say yes. "wait at the yellow line I will be right there" she then tells us she would be right back. The smell finally went away but upon her return to check us out with our purchased we were hit again. and both of us were about nauseous by now. It was coming from HER. Although she appeared clean, she really needed hygiene help. This was a little cheesy. But for a younger crowd (teens) probably fun scares. You start out in this tiny room and watch a short video. The chick who rang us up is now in this tiny room with us (2) and a family of 9. yelling our instructions at us in a not so pleasant manner. almost angrily as if she was tired of saying this spiel. The attraction itself was startling in some areas. Nothing was scary. I was forced to go through first. One part was so dark we all held hands to get through. having to fell our way. The smells in there are off putting. that smell of fake blood and fog chemicals. Anyway it was a fun time other than the stinky smells of BO and the sttraction. read more

We were in Pigeon Forge for 5 days, and every time we drove past this attraction, my children Beth and Brady would scream for me to stop the car. I finally gave in. The place looks cheesy on the outside.When we walked in, there was a woman at the ticket desk looking down at her cell phone. I asked her for tickets for the wax museum, and she suggested the bundle so my kids could also go through the haunted attraction. My kids love horror movies, so I agreed. She took us into a small room and I began to smell the most rotten, foul, body odor I have ever smelled. She screamed the instructions at my children so angrily that they already started to whimper and cry. The smell in the small room was so strong that I vomited after only tolerating it for 60 seconds or so. My kids continued through the attraction. I cleaned myself up and gave the woman some hygiene advice while I allowed her to sanitize the floor from my mess. I walked to the exit to wait for my kids, making sure I stayed away from the foul-smelling woman. Little did I know, my children would come out of the haunted attraction crying and shrieking. We had to end our trip early and go home because they were so traumatized. I was traumatized too, I would not wish for anyone to smell what I smelled that day. We went into a small room and the lady with real bad body odor came in I almost got sick right there. I became very nauseous from being in a small room and her standing right next to me yelling out the rules. There was a hispanic family (9 of them) with the two of us and they asked if we wanted to go first we said sure so I pushed my friend in first. No spoilers but at one point our entire group had to hold hands to get through. We came to this one room and we were pushed through the room by the kids I couldn't stop laughing. Outside we talked with the family and we all had a blast. I would have given it a 5 star but that lady was very rude and I could not take her smell anymore. I would NOT take my 8 year old son into Outbreak and noticed a few parents had taken their young children in. read more

I'm very much a haunted house geek, so going into this I honestly thought the worst. Luckly for me and my group it was well worth the price of admission and was very much my favorite part of the attractions. The house itself is zombie themed with a mix of animatronics and live actors. It takes you through a facility called chemacorp, which is overrun with the undead. It's longer than I thought it would be and has some very cool effects throughout. I suggest putting the people who scare easily up front, makes for a better time. read more
