We've been wanting to come back to small town living after being in a big city for over two decades. That said, I wanted to keep my business local and went to get my nails done on 12/30/22. A lady came from the back and "greeted" me asking what she could do for me. I told her I needed SNS removal and SNS manicure. She told me to wash my hands, which I did. While walking to check out an existing customer she lazily pointed to a station and told me to pick out a color. I had to ask where she wanted me to pick out a color and she seemed annoyed to have to tell me again. After she checked the customer out, she came to start my removal process. Another customer that she obviously knew came in and she started to run the pedi chair water for her and asked how she was and what service she needed. She then came over to start my removal. No conversation whatsoever. I know I'm not a familiar face in this small town, but a "how are you today...where are you from...first time in here" would have been nice. Nothing. But she did talk to the other customer while working on me about what's been going on, etc. I sat there waiting on the removal process and a man came out from the back. He sat down, looked at the progress and realized I needed more time. He then went to the back for about 10-15 minutes before coming back to me. Zero conversation out of him and very little eye contact. While getting my mani, another regular customer came in and was greeted by name and told to come sit next to the other regular customer while her pedi was being completed. I know I'm "new" here, but I couldn't have felt more insignificant in my life. I lived in the Austin area for 26 years and would have expected this kind of treatment in a big city, but I was always welcomed with a smile in the places I got my nails done there. I only found out the name of the lady that greeted me through conversations with the regular continents and her name was Helen. I'm assuming by reading the other reviews, the man was Kyle. My nails are nicely done so there weren't any issues here, just the customer service was severely lacking. I'm trying to find a favorite nail salon and was hoping I would here. However, I will not return and will try other places in Burk before venturing into Wichita Falls. Extremely disappointed.

I had made a special request for ombré nails, even provided a picture from Pinterest, and TD Nails totally exceeded my expectations of a nail salon at the mall! My nails look even better than the sample photo I showed, and he kept my nails reasonably short as I requested (I have a baby. Gotta still be able to change diapers lol). I'm so happy with my nails, and I know I'll be requesting Titan when I come back for re-fills. Side note: I paid $45 ($50 after tip), but the acceptance of my special request and Titan's attention to detail made it well worth the price. Plus, I'm from Cali where a full set of acrylics set you back $60 on average, so this was a steal in my opinion!

My friend picked this spot, because she was told that you get free gel polish removal if you put…read moregel polish on, but that wasn't true. Our friend got charged to take it off, but she put regular polish on. Regular polish was on my friend's foot per her request and no one ever put her under the dryer. Her polish after the entire time and $45 it was messed up and the paint came off. They burned my toe nails with the drill a few times and I had to snatch my feet. After a few days of my nails being done with gel polish 1/2 my polish popped off one toe and my toe nails started to break and chip. Those drills are horrible for your natural nails, especially when they add force. They have military discount with an ID. I felt like we were in there for a long time, but out of all of us 2/3 of our pedicures did not last over a week without damage. I like the owners, but the actual services don't seem to be lasting for the price you pay.

When I say down I did end up getting acrylic. Showed the inspiration picture. Once she began I asked for short. She gave push back due to the slight coffin shape I asked for. Idk how many times I asked for a thinner French tip. End time I was there for over an hour and a half. The nails aren't bad. From a distance you couldn't tell but it looks sloppy. Oh and she rubbed alcohol on my left hand and took off all the clear coat (all gel) and that hand is chipping.
