Did a great job on my dip nails. Vienna was so friendly And I was happy with the experience.

I have been going to Vienna Nails for five years, and today I will start going elsewhere. A month ago, I made a reservation for me and a friend to get pedicures. I got several reminder texts, and we showed up today about 10 minutes early. There were a lot of people, but I wasn't worried because I had a reservation. It was my friend's birthday celebration, so we asked about wait time because we were meeting someone for lunch. They said about 10 minutes, so that was fine. They got us both in chairs by about 10:35, and they started on my friend's pedicure at that time. About 25 minutes later, they came to me, and I cancelled because it would be too late for our lunch date. What is the point of a reservation if it is going to be ignored? I look forward to getting pedicures because I do it so infrequently, so I was very disappointed. Next time, I will go somewhere that will make sure to honor a reservation. read more

My friend picked this spot, because she was told that you get free gel polish removal if you put gel polish on, but that wasn't true. Our friend got charged to take it off, but she put regular polish on. Regular polish was on my friend's foot per her request and no one ever put her under the dryer. Her polish after the entire time and $45 it was messed up and the paint came off. They burned my toe nails with the drill a few times and I had to snatch my feet. After a few days of my nails being done with gel polish 1/2 my polish popped off one toe and my toe nails started to break and chip. Those drills are horrible for your natural nails, especially when they add force. They have military discount with an ID. I felt like we were in there for a long time, but out of all of us 2/3 of our pedicures did not last over a week without damage. I like the owners, but the actual services don't seem to be lasting for the price you pay. read more

AVOID THIS PLACE! I had my nails done along with a pedicure and was cut in several places. As a result, I caught an infection and couldn't walk that evening. A nail technician should never draw blood. Nails were too thick and ugly. Absolutely unprofessional. I have photos to prove. No star rating read more

A wonderful place. Everyone is Very nice and they do a wonderful job Very clean and a great environment read more

Always does a great job. It took me forever to find a good place to do nails. They get you in and out in an hour and don't tear up your hands. Bring your design and they will make it come to life. read more

First time here, great experience! Very friendly staff, clean facility, lots of options. I got a pedicure and manicure, love both!

Just moved to WF and my neighbor recommended Lisa. I have very sensitive nails and I am pretty particular. Lisa is fantastic! My nails last so long when she does them and they have never looked better! I won't go anywhere else. Very clean salon and friendly staff too! read more

You shouldn't judge a salon on one tech but... I am going to go ahead and do that. I only went there because it was convenient, next to the eye brow place. Bad idea. The place is nice inside, all new stuff, clean, good polish selection. The staff was friendly. $10 "soak" (which she just popped off the 4 i had left on in all of 60 sec) $10 toe polish change $35 powder set $55 poorly spent I wanted my usual dipping powder and there was a miscommunication and she thought I wanted a powder set. So once we were both on the same page it was all good. Up until i looked at my hands and I was sure she wasn't done. I mean they looked a mess. I had polish all over. I asked her about it and she cleaned up my cuticles (??) And a futile attempt to clean up the edges. And then I was just tired of being there because it had been over an hour and a half. There was no offer of refreshment, no lotion application, no cleaning under the nails. All the stuff that i guess I've been spoiled with by other places. My biggest critic is how messy and lack of attention to detail. So moral of the story, convenience is not always the best option. The read more

It was 30 minutes to closing and they still let me come in for a manicure and pedicure. The pricing is fair and the nail technicians are so personable. I will absolutely be returning. read more

Fantastic job by Johnathan. I really do give him personally five stars because he did a fill the right way. He was able to take off my shellac while cleaning my nails just perfect for a phenomenal shellac finish. Not bulky. Nor bubbly. Highly recommend this salon!!! I was in town visiting family this past weekend and wish he had a nail salon in Oklahoma! read more

I had a full set put on 4 days ago. They are all lifting. There is only one that has no lifting. I spent $30 on a set that isn't even lasting a week. I have called them and I always get a voicemail that's not set up. I go up there and there is a sign that says "we close today" I have no way of getting them fixed because I can't get through to them! Will not be going back!!! The only reason I gave them one star is because there was no way of giving a negative amoint of stars!! read more

Been going here for about 6 months and had no problems. However the last few months every time I've been going they've been "too busy" to help me with the employees clearly sitting around doing nothing. The last 6 times I've been I have left with nothing done. Decided to give it one last try and asked for acrylic toes they told me to pick a color of nail polish off the wall. Told them repeatedly I did not want polish that I wanted acrylic and they said they had changed their process of doing them? Didn't quite believe it but okay I went along with it. The girl then starts painting my toe nails with regular toe nail polish?? They then have to get the manager and the manager says that the girl that was helping me doesn't know how to do that and it'll be over an hour wait and I need to come tomorrow. No thanks!! Done going there now read more

This is a wonderful family owned Nail salon. They take their time and don't rush you through like cattle like some of the larger salons. This makes a huge difference in the quality. My dip nails look perfect until I go back. The people are so nice. read more
