Absolutely delightful people. Five stars on gel nails. Getting a pedicure tomorrow. Trish and Kim are wonderful and I'm sure the other employees are too. read more

I came here as a walk in and they were able to take me right away. Teresa was great and her suggestions were exactly what I wanted. The only downside is that they're closed on Sundays, which is my only free day to do something like this. read more

I went in to get a pedicure and even showed a picture so they could see what I wanted. The lady was nice but very hard-headed and completely switched the color I picked out and wouldn't let me have a say. read more

Kim's Nails - Full Set Powder Dip Nail - Nail Salons Near Me - Wichita Falls, Texas

I came in today with a friend and the staff was nice. I asked for a pedicure with a paraffin wax and a design on the big toes. My friend got a basic pedicure. They brought us beverages and didn't talk much which was good. But the lady who did my toes really didn't understand any English. So she didn't do my paraffin wax ,because she didn't understand. I ended up having someone else do my design, because she didn't understand what I want it. she seemed pretty nice tho. She just didn't understand me. The prices here are decent. Before leaving we saw a roach on the ground come from under one of the chairs and we let one of the ladies know while we were paying that I killed it and she said thank you. My friend has never had a design on her big toe so I paid for it for a new experience. The lady doing the designs did a great job. They did a pretty decent job, but the bug at the end made us so pretty uneasy about returning. read more

HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE JOB! I would not recommend to ANYONE. I had to get my nails done and since I'm not from the local area I went to the first place I found. The person who did my nails delicately did not know what she was doing. I don't remember her name but she sat in table 2. She did my acrylic and one came off the next day. The rest were done looking horrible, she did not even cut my cuticles my pedicure is the worst as well. I will need to go to another location to fix the mess this place did. It's obvious they don't care about quality but only quantity. They only care how many people's nails they mess up, not about making sure they are doing a good job. If I can give this place a negative stars I would do so but I'm forced to give it one star in order to write the review. But I want to make sure everyone knows not to come to this garbage of a place. read more

Better Than My Spot in Denver!! I've lived in Denver now for over a decade. I like to take care of myself as best as possible. That includes nail maintenance. I thought I was doing pretty well until I came by Kim's Nails & Spa. I had the NICEST person in the world give me a pedicure. She schooled me on how a lot of Vietnamese girls like the K-pop stars. It was a fun conversation. And she did the most amazing job on my feet. I have never had a better pedicure. I don't think a lot places know how to deal with men, because they don't get a lot of male customers. I thought I was doing well in the "Big City." Not so at all. I had the best experience here. I'll be back!! read more

Yes! Absolutely recommend them! Been to a few different people and everyone does a good job and is very friendly. The girl got so excited when I told her a coffin shape it was awesome! If in Wichita go here! read more

Kim's Nails - Nail Salons Near Me - Wichita Falls, Texas

When I was getting a full set with gel for some reason the liquid burned me so bad and she said I have sensitive skin and I should do dip powder instead. I have been doing acrylics for six years maybe and my mom is a nail tech there should've been no reason that it had burned me so bad. Afterwards she decides to file and drill down the acrylics and I started bleeding. She continued on with the blood on the file and drill without cleaning it placing it back in her drawer when she was done. She Did not acknowledge that I was bleeding or even bothered to clean the materials after. She also proceeded to do my toe nails without making sure they are clipped properly. My big toe is noticeably not straight and she proceeded painting without fully cutting each nail to be the same size. Very unprofessional and very unsanitary. I would not recommend anyone to come here if you are looking to do your nails. Very painful experience and not worth the money for something I could've clipped or painted myself read more

I walked in for an eyebrow wax without an appointment and they were able to see me right away. The girl who waxed me was very friendly, the wax didn't feel overly hot, tho it did sting quite a bit more than usual when she was all done and rubbed the excess wax off. Not thinking much of it, I took a quick look looked in the mirror and aside from the normal redness of a fresh wax it seemed ok. It continued to sting on my 10 minute drive home.. when I walked inside I looked straight in the mirror and to my horror THIS is what I saw. I don't feel like the wax was too hot but somehow she managed to rip off LAYERS of my skin!! I am sure to have scabs on my face and they better hope no scarring! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANY WAXING! read more

Not impressed. The manager was leaving so we had to pre-pay before the services even started. I got a pedicure, the nail tech refused to do anything but "a simple flower" and returned the $5 I paid for a design. She was so mad and kept arguing with the other tech. My friend got a pedicure too, her feet hurt afterwards, way too rough. Wanted to walk out but we couldn't, we pre-paid. Not a good experience at all. read more

Tried to stop by Sunday since yelp said they where open, but they weren't. They even had a sign up saying 'open Sunday's'. I ended up stopping by Monday. I was quickly attended to. The staff was friendly and the place seemed pretty clean. But the women doing my pedicure seemed to be new and not speak much English. She kept cutting into the side of my toe and came really close to where the skin attaches to the nail. Pretty painful and the nail on my big toe slants significantly. Not to mention the polish job wasn't the best. But she did massage me for a good while and thoroughly exfoliated me. But the other women who did my manicure was rushing. She rounded my nails even after I asked her for square and ended up missing much of the sides of my nails. I pointed it out and She said she would fix it but never did. Not to mention they charged me $30 for a 15 min half ass job. When I questioned why it was so much for something so simple she explained that it was gel polish and she 'gave me massage'. Massage was used very loosely for the couple of rubs/slaps she gave me. Okay job but will go elsewhere next time read more

I've been coming to this salon since high school! They are the only ones in town who don't cut me! (I have small nail beds) They give the BEST massages when getting a pedicure! When I've gone to others they don't do it for half as long! They are very clean as well. They line the pedicure bowls so each time it's like a brand new bowl! All of their instruments are sanitized as well! Very nice atmosphere, tranquil, friendly staff. They want to make sure you are happy and satisfied so if you don't like something speak up! They know we talk about our nails with each other as well as our experience. read more

After coming here several times, I am rating it 5 stars (for Wichita Falls). Reasonable price with a lot of features to their spa pedicure. My husband loves to come with me and get a nice foot massage. They also tint lashes here; only place I've found in WiF that will do it. She's quick too! I am a repeat customer and will continue to be. We went to Lovely Nails once and it was terrible in comparison. read more

I have been looking since October for a place to get pampered. I have finally found it. The Salon is clean, the people are professional and sweet as could be. Both my acrylic nails and pedicure were the best. I will be a regular. Thank you Susie and Harley read more

Went in for a polish change. The man doing my pc asked why I didn't just get a pedi. I said I just wanted the pc. He proceeded (with a small negitive attitude change). I even tiped him $1 after paying. It looked fine until I got out into the sunlight. There was polish still all over my toes and even in between. Wont be returning. He was obviously mad I wouldn't do the entire pedi service. Not a reason to leave my pc crappy looking. read more

I went here once in December of 2019 and got a nice gel polish application. I came back in April of 2021. I originally just wanted a broken nail repair, but I ended up getting a dip application. I had a tip applied to the broken nail, and the rest were left natural. For some reason, the nail tech decided to cut my natural nail *after* applying the tip and dip, making the natural nail underneath completely crooked and leaving a gap where stuff could (and did) collect between the natural nail and fake tip. When I came back to get them removed, a different nail tech helped me. She seemed to want me to get a new application of dip, which I didn't want. I told her that I only wanted the dip removed. I had to quickly take a phone call during the process, and she was rude about me using one of my hands, even though I moved it when she wasn't working on that one. The dremel burned during the removal, and she made my natural nails SO thin. There was still a tiny bit of stuff under a couple of my nails even after the removal, and she left the corners of my nails sharp. When I got home, I realized how damaged my nail beds were. They had red spots underneath the nails, and it hurt them to wash my hands or shower in hot water. They were so, so thin and irritated. I've had dip/acrylic removal be a little uncomfortable before, but I've NEVER had my nails be so thin and sore afterwards. On top of all of this, they are also overpriced in my opinion. It was a little over $40 for the original nails, and the other tech charged me $10 for the crappy removal. I still tried to leave a small tip for the removal service, just to not be a complete a**hole of a client y'know, and the tech crossed out my tip on the receipt??? I'm not sure if the bad service was because she wanted me to get another application of dip or because she didn't like that I wanted to use my hand for 20-30 seconds, but regardless, you shouldn't damage people's nails/skin like that. read more

DO NOT go to Holly over at Kim's Nails. I had the organic dipping powder. It cracked my natural nail bed. Holly said that it is all natural. Apparently not because why would it crack my natural nail bed. I will not be returning at all. read more
