For a few days my lower back, ankles and feet have been bothering me really bad. Came in the inside it was clean. This was my first time, so filled out a pretty simple wavier. It cost $65 per the sign on the wall for an hour. I thought it was $55 when we spoke on the phone, but I was in the building and had cash. She started off doing a dry light message (no oils or lotions) for about 15 minutes, but it also felt like an alignment. It was a relaxation message, but the random TV commercials about medicines kind of kept knocking me out of my serenity moments. It was medium pressure, my body is really acting up, because I could barely roll over on the table. She did use oils, lotions and hot stones, that's when I could really feel the message and relax more. She was very nice. When it was time to go she asked me would I like to leave a tip. So at the end of it I paid $70.

I told the very nice lady which I really like I wanted botox between my brows She said we should really put some in your crows feet "ok" Then she said we should put some in your chin to smooth it out "ok" Then she said I'm gonna give you free some stuff in your lips...I'm thinking this is awesome I'm gonna look amazing for my Bday she told me it might affect my B's and P's for a couple days This was over 3 weeks b4 my Bday I go back a few days later for the peel at which time I address that one eye going up and one going down that I'm having troble talking and eating... She told me it would pass and to just draw one brow higher then the other this was the answers to my concerns... A different lady was about to do my peel when she asks me if I'd been using retinol...I told her yes the lady that did the botox sold me some skin care product told me to use daily till I came back for the peel told me it would prepare my skin for the peel Thank God she asked because it could have been really bad and scared my face if she had done it... So I got my teeth whitened " biggest waste of 99$ ever" I made an app to come back for the peel but I never went because by that time I looked much worse my eye drooping bad I could barely talk I couldnt smile, drink through a straw I had to cover my mouth to eat to keep the food from falling out... This is how I celebrate my Birthday I taped one eye up and parted my hair to try and cover it I covered my smile my laugh and hated all the pictures from the trip my beautiful daughters took me on... But the real reason I'm posting this it the treatment I received after I called twice a week for two weeks leaving messages everytime that I just need a minute of her time I just wanted to speak to the lady that did the injections "I believe she is the owner" I wanted to tell her what was going on and maybe next time go alittle slower with a new client...I wasent mad at this point I was told shed call me tomorrow or shed call me monday...she never called me back... So I called once again the third week and talk to Megan who apologized over and over said she had given her all my messages and was very sorry said she would call her right then So a few minutes later when the spa called and it was Megan saying "she said you need to make an app" I was DONE I was flabbergasted by this I said ok but cancelled and didnt go my husband said I wasent driving an hour for someone who didnt have the common courtesy to return many phone calls... Good news I'm getting better my speech is improving I still cant drink through a straw and I look like a rat when I smile But I thank God it's not permanent I've learned a big lesson on vanity that's for sure Hard Lesson Learned...Beware

Girl at desk understood zero English and I included gestures! Seriously?? Then the girl taking care…read moreof me was completely asymmetrical which was terrible. I know they aren't licensed but she need more training!!! Worse yet, she lightly rubbed the SAME SPOT for about 10 minutes without moving! I finally raised my head and said "you've been in the exact same spot for 10 minutes! She said huh? I said move your hands! She said ok. She still went back there a few more times. Next complaint: two employees came to my person and talked with her...TWICE!!!! The second time I raised my head up (again) and said can yall not talk during my massage?? So they switched their talk to WHISPERING! When she told me to turn over, she left and a guy took over. He never touched my face or head (my favorite areas), or my arms or hands (I specifically asked for my hands to be done). He dry rubbed each side of my neck for a little less than 2 minutes each. It actually hurt! Then he fisted the sides of my legs and hips, took off the towel and said "done". So, while I'm getting my shoes on, I decided I wasn't going to give the tip I had planned on. I get to the counter and hand him 3 20s. He says thank you. I said oh no, I need change. All of a sudden he acts confused It took THREE employees to BREAK A TWENTY!!!! It was a "me" day I won't forget anytime soon. I absolutely am appalled at today's visit! How does a person leave their massage feeling worse than when they came in??? I sure did.
