Robert was amazing as always! Really cares about his job and the people he helps. I went in with a lot of problems in my hips and he worked hard to get me relief. I felt so much better after my massage! read more

Darla gave me one of the best massage Ive ever had. She's incredible, super knowledgeable with what she is doin. highly recommended her 10/10 read more

Nice tranquil environment. Nice staff. Clean facility. Only complaint is they are too busy and sometimes it's 2-3 weeks before you can get in. read more

I have had 3 massages here now. Soooo good! I will continue to return. Kathryn took the time to talk to me about the massage what to expect, where I hold tension etc and this made my massage experience just that much better. read more

I have been to Spa Bella a couple of times for a gel/shellac manicure. The first time I called and booked an appointment at the last minute for myself and a friend, and we had a good experience. My nails lasted a lot longer than I am used to having shellac last (normally I chip after 2 weeks, mine were almost perfect at 3 weeks). The second and third time I booked with the app they mention on their website, which was an easy process. I have had a different nail technician each time and they have all been very good. My manicure did not last as long the last time I went, but I think that was my fault - the color I picked was too thin. Spa Bella offers a lot of services and everyone who works there is very professional and friendly. It's great if you're looking for a little more care and attention to be paid then some other places that just focus on quantity offer. read more

Spa Bella - Exterior - Hair Removal Near Me - Wichita Falls, Texas

My husband and I got a couples massage, he had Michelle and I had Andrea, and they were both amazing. I get a lot of massages but Andrea was so skillful and clearly so knowledgable about body mechanics, she was able to approach some areas of pain I'd been having like I couldn't believe. At the end my husband and I were arguing over if next time we came we would switch so we could try each other's, but neither of us wanted to pass up on a massage with who we'd already gotten. He got ordered away from the Air Force base in Wichita Falls right after the massages so we haven't been back, but it would honestly be worth the trip to Texas for it! read more

The staff is very nice. I had massages here three times. The first two times I had a male masseuse and he was great. He found all of the knots in my back and worked them out. It hurt, but it was worth the pain. When I went for the third time, I had been booked with him, but he wasn't there. I had a woman who talked way too much and she tried to do a deep tissue massage (like I usually like), but there seemed to be no rhyme or reason to what she was doing. I was very disappointed and won't be back. read more

I have been wanting to do a lash lift for the past two years. I finally talked myself into doing it and chose Spa Bella, mainly for the pricing. Upon arrival, the parking lot got me confused. There is not much parking at all. Then there were two buildings for Spa Bella (the salon and the spa), so make sure you go to the right one. The spa smelt relaxing and inviting as soon as you step in; however when I stepped in there were five employees standing in the hallway just staring at me (not very pleasant to a shy/introverted person). Finally was greeted after fiddling with my fingers and was asked to fill out paperwork. I was taken back to a treatment room and my lash lift started immediately. For a spa, I was not very relaxed. The walls are super thin, AC was extremely loud, and the overhead music was atrocious. Sadly, my lash lift did not come out as I expected either. I would probably consider coming back for a massage or even for the salon portion, but not for another lash lift. Also as other reviewers have mentioned, you cannot give a tip if you're paying by card. I didn't realize I hadn't tipped until I got home and looked at my receipt. I had assumed they just charged a 20% gratuity with all services like other spas I have been to. read more

I followed Ron over here from RPZO and he always does a fantastic job! I give him free reign with my hair and would not do that with anyone else. Never leave disappointed. read more

I have used Spa Bella on several occasions. It always smells nice, always clean and always quiet and relaxing. Setting up appointments is painless and on many occasions you can get next day appointments which works for me because it's hard to plan the time too far ahead. I've had different masseurs there, but they all are willing to listen to your needs whether you need a firmer or softer massage or you need a specific area concentrated on. I've actually had a masseur keep her eyes closed the entire massage in order to be able to really "feel" the knots. I love the neck and scalp massage. You can request aroma therapy, essential oils or stone massage. You MUST let them know you need a stone massage ahead of time so they can prepare the rocks. Over all, I really enjoy the experience and will certainly go back again and again. read more

Had my wife go in for full treatment facial. She loved it and took care of her. My wife also left a very valuable jade heart necklace and we went back several days later and they had it for us. Honesty and great services. We will return. read more

This spa is absolutely amazing. They cater to your every need from the minute you walk in the door. It was my first time and after looking over their website I decided to try hot stone massage. My masseuse Erika gave the best massage I've ever had. So relaxing, great customer service, they've gained a returning customer in me for sure. read more

Very impressive! The main building is very beautiful inside, and very comfortable. Everyone was friendly and helpful and put me right at ease. After a brief wait I was ushered into a warm and dark massage room. No too-loud music, no too-strong candles or incense. I had a 1.5 hour massage with Brittany, ranging from Swedish to deep tissue. She's a magician! She worked on all my knots and wasn't too talkative. She asked the questions she needed to ask, but otherwise let me fully relax. I felt well taken care of at every moment, and the price was comparable with other massages I've had. When I left, I was given a surprise packet to redeem on my next visit, when I'll discover what my surprise it contains: discount, etc. I'll definitely be back! read more

I've had so much better spa experiences. A few suggestions would go a long way I believe with this business. My appointment for 60 minute massage was at 1130, but The massage didn't begin until about 1145. The reception area smelled very nice, but there wasn't a place to sit, and the lukewarm water served in styrofoam tumblers left much to be desired. The masseuse was very polite and warm but the time I got back to my car after the massage it was 1228, so they did not do the full 60 minutes. The massage room was also cold, air conditioning vent blowing right on top of you. At other spas, the room temperature is always much more comfortable allowing you to fully relax. I hope the business takes feedback seriously and considers the practices of other venues to better cater to their customers. read more

Definitely bring your 20% tip with you. I have gotten facials, massages, pedicures, manicures and wraps done here and had an amazing experience every time. Everyone is professional and pleasant, and as a cosmetologist myself, I appreciate the cleanliness and efficacy of services. I won't go anywhere else for my pampering. Love love love spa Bella! They are worth every penny I've spent there. read more

Just got back from a mother daughter spa day. It was so wonderful, I will definitely be coming back. They were all so nice and accommodating. We both had the massage with a facial. I received a manicure and my mom went with a pedicure. We were both very pleased with the service and can't wait for our next appointment. Also I only put four stars because I didn't really have anything to compare it to. I've only ever had one other massage that was not at Spa Bella and I was not satisfied. Amanda gave my massage, Adrienne gave me a facial and Laura gave me a manicure. read more

I love spa Bella. I had a package from there once. I have never felt more relaxed in my life than I did while getting a massage and facial from spa Bella. read more

Today I had the best facial I have ever had with Amy Davis. She is thorough and I was very relaxed. My skin is glowing and feels fantastic! I highly recommend her and I will definitely be returning. One quick note - they do not allow tips on credit card so make sure you have a check or extra cash for that. read more

This spa was good. I thought it was going to be nicer like where I live but it was clean. The only thing that upset me was you couldn't leave a tip on the card. Has to be cash or check which I did not carry. I think they should tell you because I then could not leave a tip. That is not how I am. The desk person said don't worry about it but it really did bother me. Please post that policy online so it's clear. read more

I absolutely love this place, the facial was so relaxing and refreshing, I also received a 1 hour deep tissue massage and man was it what I needed. I'm embarrassed that I can't remember the girls name that provided my services. read more

I had wanted to start my summer right with a massage. I had just went to a fancy spa in LA on April and was looking for something like it to take my boyfriend. I wanted to stay in town. I looked around and saw good reviews for spa bella, so I thought I'd try it. I was a little nervous but excited. We arrived at spa bella a little early but were greeted right away and offer water. I really love the vibe I got just from sitting in the lobby. I felt so relax already. I also loved the clouds painted on the ceiling. Then we met our masseuse and walked to the massage room. Which was awesome! The room was so calming, lovely music, perfect lighting, and just the right temperature. The masseuse spoke with us about our needs and got started. What an amazing massage! My boyfriend and I felt relax all day! I didn't get the full spa experience but we did get awesome massages! I definitely will return! Maybe next time I'll try their salon ;) read more

Did the couples massage. One bed was really squeaky . The lady had a cold and was coughing. The other bed light was directly in my eyes . We asked for specific focus areas and the massage was the same it felt they didn't really massage out our knots. There also wasn't any soothing music playing so all we heard was squeaky bed and coughs. The front of the place is relaxing . read more

I've been here 3 times now. My last visit wasn't the greatest, which I don't hold against at all. I had a different girl do my massage and it was different. The other two times I've been were great and will definitely ask for her for now on. Other than that this place is very relaxing and everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Definitely wont go anywhere else read more

Thanks to Brittany at Spa Bella for taking $60 to do nothing more than rub lotion on me. I very rarely do nice things for myself, so I was extremely disappointed in her poor set of skills and lack of customer service. I have had great experiences in the past with the facials, but this massage was beyond terrible! When someone tells you three times that they need you to use more pressure, and even goes so far as to say I can't even feel what your doing, maybe you should pay attention! read more
