For a few days my lower back, ankles and feet have been bothering me really bad. Came in the inside it was clean. This was my first time, so filled out a pretty simple wavier. It cost $65 per the sign on the wall for an hour. I thought it was $55 when we spoke on the phone, but I was in the building and had cash. She started off doing a dry light message (no oils or lotions) for about 15 minutes, but it also felt like an alignment. It was a relaxation message, but the random TV commercials about medicines kind of kept knocking me out of my serenity moments. It was medium pressure, my body is really acting up, because I could barely roll over on the table. She did use oils, lotions and hot stones, that's when I could really feel the message and relax more. She was very nice. When it was time to go she asked me would I like to leave a tip. So at the end of it I paid $70.

We were then placed in a "couples massage" situation with one guy playing ping-pong between us. After I politely asked for a second masseuse, things escalated into what I can only describe as an unexpected yelling session. The massage included stepping, slapping, and mild confusion about whether I booked a spa day or joined a wrestling class. I left more tense than when I walked in. 10/10 if your goal is chaos. 0/10 if you wanted a massage.

Next complaint: two employees came to my person and talked with her...TWICE!!!! The second time I raised my head up (again) and said can yall not talk during my massage?? So they switched their talk to WHISPERING! When she told me to turn over, she left and a guy took over. He never touched my face or head (my favorite areas), or my arms or hands (I specifically asked for my hands to be done). He dry rubbed each side of my neck for a little less than 2 minutes each. It actually hurt! Then he fisted the sides of my legs and hips, took off the towel and said "done". So, while I'm getting my shoes on, I decided I wasn't going to give the tip I had planned on. I get to the counter and hand him 3 20s. He says thank you. I said oh no, I need change. All of a sudden he acts confused It took THREE employees to BREAK A TWENTY!!!! They are usually able to accommodate walk-ins, but just to be sure, try to call in advance or set up an appointment. Inside, they have a computer desktop that shows the employees currently on-duty; it shows when the staff member is available (could be "now" or a countdown timer) - so you can probably do a special request for a staff member. Here's the process: 1. once you're in, you write your name on their binder, check the services you'd like to request, and how much pressure you prefer (a scale of 1 to 7) 2. they walk you to the chair or station they have prepared for you. If you chose foot massage, they'll wash your feet in warm water and then massage your legs and feet. If you chose full-body, they'll massage you from scalp to toes, but go ahead and tell them any specific areas of concern. NOTE: They are all fluent in their native language but they don't speak English fluently. So you're gonna want to point to your body part just to be sure. It's so funny sometimes they try to communicate with me in charades, it feels like a fun game.   3. You just relax and let your allotted time finish. Try to fall asleep if you can, you'll feel rejuvenated when you wake up. I know I caught myself snoring LOL 4. If they used oil or lotion on your skin, they always end up with a warm towel-finale where they gently rub everything off your skin. It feels so nice, though I kinda like my skin feeling moisturized. 5. Once your session is done, you pay at the counter and offer the gratuity that your heart is happy to give; bonus: they'll offer you a bottle of water - take it, it's complimentary! And that's it! It's cheap enough to come back often without breaking the bank. Everyone's very professional. The place is clean. Aside from the room for improvement in communication due to language barrier, this place is everything I could ask for - realistically  - out of a reflexology shop.
