For a few days my lower back, ankles and feet have been bothering me really bad. Came in the inside it was clean. This was my first time, so filled out a pretty simple wavier. It cost $65 per the sign on the wall for an hour. I thought it was $55 when we spoke on the phone, but I was in the building and had cash. She started off doing a dry light message (no oils or lotions) for about 15 minutes, but it also felt like an alignment. It was a relaxation message, but the random TV commercials about medicines kind of kept knocking me out of my serenity moments. It was medium pressure, my body is really acting up, because I could barely roll over on the table. She did use oils, lotions and hot stones, that's when I could really feel the message and relax more. She was very nice. When it was time to go she asked me would I like to leave a tip. So at the end of it I paid $70.

I know they aren't licensed but she need more training!!! Worse yet, she lightly rubbed the SAME SPOT for about 10 minutes without moving! I finally raised my head and said "you've been in the exact same spot for 10 minutes! She said huh? I said move your hands! She said ok. She still went back there a few more times. Next complaint: two employees came to my person and talked with her...TWICE!!!! The second time I raised my head up (again) and said can yall not talk during my massage?? So they switched their talk to WHISPERING! When she told me to turn over, she left and a guy took over. He never touched my face or head (my favorite areas), or my arms or hands (I specifically asked for my hands to be done). He dry rubbed each side of my neck for a little less than 2 minutes each. It actually hurt! Then he fisted the sides of my legs and hips, took off the towel and said "done". So, while I'm getting my shoes on, I decided I wasn't going to give the tip I had planned on. I get to the counter and hand him 3 20s. He says thank you. I said oh no, I need change. All of a sudden he acts confused It took THREE employees to BREAK A TWENTY!!!! It was a "me" day I won't forget anytime soon. I absolutely am appalled at today's visit! How does a person leave their massage feeling worse than when they came in??? I sure did. We were then placed in a "couples massage" situation with one guy playing ping-pong between us. After I politely asked for a second masseuse, things escalated into what I can only describe as an unexpected yelling session. The massage included stepping, slapping, and mild confusion about whether I booked a spa day or joined a wrestling class. I left more tense than when I walked in. 10/10 if your goal is chaos. 0/10 if you wanted a massage.

I have known Marvin for close to a decade and he is great. I was seeing a chiropractor up to 8…read moretimes a month. I saw Marvin about once a month and got much better and at a lower cost than going to a chiropractor. Each visit with the chiropractor took close to an hour, which did not include wait time. I had electric stimulus, a roller table, and the chiropractor on most visits. went from about 6 hours a month or more to about one hour a month and felt better than before. I have seen Marvin twice for events that he could not resolve and there was no charge. Marvin told me what was probably wrong and names of several good people to see here in Wichita Falls to get the problem resolved. There is no doubt in my mind if he did his work in Dallas he could make over three times what he charges here.
