Next complaint: two employees came to my person and talked with her...TWICE!!!! The second time I raised my head up (again) and said can yall not talk during my massage?? So they switched their talk to WHISPERING! When she told me to turn over, she left and a guy took over. He never touched my face or head (my favorite areas), or my arms or hands (I specifically asked for my hands to be done). He dry rubbed each side of my neck for a little less than 2 minutes each. It actually hurt! Then he fisted the sides of my legs and hips, took off the towel and said "done". So, while I'm getting my shoes on, I decided I wasn't going to give the tip I had planned on. I get to the counter and hand him 3 20s. He says thank you. I said oh no, I need change. All of a sudden he acts confused It took THREE employees to BREAK A TWENTY!!!! It was a "me" day I won't forget anytime soon. I absolutely am appalled at today's visit! How does a person leave their massage feeling worse than when they came in??? I sure did.
