My wife decided she could go for a massage as well, so we made appointments for a Friday. Our masseuse, Byron was super nice & worked out the areas needed. We each opted for 30 minute massages (this was my first time getting a professional massage). Soft soothing sounds filled the darkened room, and I requested a chair massage. The 30 minutes went quickly, and we each came out of our sessions feeling very relaxed. Soreness the next couple of days was expected, but worth it. We will be returning for what might be regular visits. Parking was on a small lot. We were offered complimentary bottles of water. Give them a ring if you're having issues.

She then got mad at me for laying on the table naked with no towel, even though she never told me to cover up. She told me she felt uncomfortable of my body because I am a trans man and I didn't tell her prior. IT IS 2026!!! BUSINNESSES SHOULD BE INCLUSIVE TO THE LGBTQ+ COMMUNITY! As a trans woman, you should mot be "disturbed by my body" just because it is not the same as a cis woman. UNBELIEVABLE BIGOTED WOMAN. I decided to put a towel on because I choose not to fight people. She started to pour the oil on my lower back and at first it felt... nice! But... as she went lower... she touched my crack that she was just shaming for it being "too hairy". Hmmm.. riddle me this... if you don't like my hairy trans man crack then you can kick me out. NEVER RETURNING!

I finally raised my head and said "you've been in the exact same spot for 10 minutes! She said huh? I said move your hands! She said ok. She still went back there a few more times. Next complaint: two employees came to my person and talked with her...TWICE!!!! The second time I raised my head up (again) and said can yall not talk during my massage?? So they switched their talk to WHISPERING! When she told me to turn over, she left and a guy took over. He never touched my face or head (my favorite areas), or my arms or hands (I specifically asked for my hands to be done). He dry rubbed each side of my neck for a little less than 2 minutes each. It actually hurt! Then he fisted the sides of my legs and hips, took off the towel and said "done". So, while I'm getting my shoes on, I decided I wasn't going to give the tip I had planned on. I get to the counter and hand him 3 20s. He says thank you. I said oh no, I need change. All of a sudden he acts confused It took THREE employees to BREAK A TWENTY!!!! It was a "me" day I won't forget anytime soon. I absolutely am appalled at today's visit! How does a person leave their massage feeling worse than when they came in??? I sure did. The pressure was great though but not hitting the right spot. Also the guy I had had total disregard for my baby hair sticking down (I had a claw holding my hair up). It hurt so bad when he'd put pressure right where the hairs were at. Clean place, clean bathroom and very convenient spot. I would probably come back and try someone else based on the price and overall value.

We were then placed in a "couples massage" situation with one guy playing ping-pong between us. After I politely asked for a second masseuse, things escalated into what I can only describe as an unexpected yelling session. The massage included stepping, slapping, and mild confusion about whether I booked a spa day or joined a wrestling class. First red flag: they wanted payment AND tip upfront before anyone even touched a shoulder. Then my partner and I realized our "couples massage" apparently meant one massage therapist running laps between two tables like they were working a relay race. When I politely mentioned that we paid for TWO people, not a shared custody arrangement over one masseuse, the man at the front started yelling at me like I'd personally ruined his day. The actual massage somehow got worse. These people were attacking us with elbows like they were trying to tenderize meat for dinner service. Then, out of nowhere, they climbed onto our backs and started sliding around on their knees like penguins on ice. I genuinely had to fight the urge to laugh because WHAT was happening???
