I like for my French tip to be THIN, so it has to be painted on. I had to ask a couple of times for it to be thinner and also for the design shape to be corrected. Some design had more "swoop" while others were more flat. I like the nail shape and how sharp the square is, but some nails were inconsistent from the right & left hand. My pedicure was nice. For painting my toes, I also asked for French tip design. Initially they were painted in EXTREMELY thick. Like, 1/3 of my toe was the French tip design. I tried to ask for it to be thinner but I don't think the gentleman doing it understood me. I showed a photo and he still did it much thicker than the photo. He seemed to get frustrated when I still asked for a thinner design. The volume of his voice raised until someone else came over to do the design. It made me very uncomfortable. When I got home I noticed one of my toes had a jagged edge so I had to file that myself. I'm here for work and if I return again, I know I will not come back to this salon. Generally, everyone was friendly, especially the people who first greeted me, but it was VERY expensive for the LOW quality of work.

I explicitly told him my hair pulls a ton of red so it has to be bleached up to the highest level to remove it all before coloring or it will grab orange. I said I did not want any kind of red or orange copper colors. I wanted blond blond I specifically said ( bimbo blond) like the blond posters facing the chairs in the salon. He said no problem he was going to just match my root growth to my already yellow blond hair and he said "then we can go even blonder next time. " so I agreed to that. After over 4 hrs in the chair, the result is exactly what I said I did NOT want! Instead of matching my roots to my blond, hair he colored ALL my hair to a very unnatural looking brassy copper,purplish orange red. I absolutely hate it!!!! Marcus is nice guy But, he knew this was a horrid result and not even close to what he said he was doing. But by this time the store was closing and I had no choice but leave looking like this, not to mention I was soaking wet down my back all the way to my but. It's sooo ugly!! I'm mortified!!
