Soka, our coonhound follows us all over the house in the morning making sure she is not left behind. From the live cams we can see our old dog Jim laying in the sun and welcoming others to nap with him. Noah and Soka run and play with others all day long. Teddy, our puppy, runs and runs with the other pups, then they all nap and start all over again. Our pups are happy, and tired when they get home.

I had a great experience with Hunter. My dogs seemed comfortable with him, and he was extremely gentle and understanding of their apprehensiveness. Clearly from the pics you can see they turned out super cute! However, the pricing was the main reason for my decision to lower my rating. It was quite expensive--almost $300, including the tip--whereas I'm usually accustomed to paying around $180, which was a huge adjustment for me. I guess in California everyone grooms so the demand is great and supply is plentiful making for low competitive pricing. Here in Tennessee, Memphis specifically, mobile groomers seemed hard to come by. Additionally, I didn't realize that the hair between their toes was missed. It may not seem like a big deal at first, but after two weeks, it became an issue as they started sliding around on the hardwood floors because their paw pads were furry. That was on me for not communicating or checking and raising my concerns. Overall, they provided great service and were very convenient, especially compared to the alternative of having my dog caged for hours at a Petsmart. I'm definitely going to continue using them! I loved how my pups turned out!

There was no "incident" to speak of. The groomer, a younger person, misconstrued my gentlemanly kindness for romantic interest and the company sided with their own vice contacting me about it. The whole non-encounter was captured on video. Anyway, I hope they don't do that to anyone else.

We truly wish you all the best in finding a grooming provider that aligns with your expectations." Just a warning--if you voice a legitimate complaint, they may simply cut ties with you. I took my new Shih Tzu for grooming paid over $50. He looked as if nothing was done. I spoke to Osana she advised she would redo him herself free. I advised her I was leaving town the next day for 4 days. She stated no problem. I have her personal cellphone number. I called and texted several times. One of her employees said she will call me when she has time. Here we are 1-2-2025 and I'm still waiting on an appointment. Now my dog is matted and I tried to clip his hair myself so he can see. I called again and she still hasn't returned my call. I've always supported small business owners. I understand she had to make money during Thanksgiving instead of doing my fur baby. But I've already paid for Kobe service. I do not like when business owners do not keep their word. Your word should be bond. My husband post pics of our fur baby back in November on his social media page. Because he's an officer with OBPD and has a bigger follower. It's obvious Kobe is too much for those young ladies to handle I noticed that myself. A sanitary job include cutting the nails but n o file. Which means Kobe was scratching our family members. I learned everything is now separate. I will not post pics of what my baby looked like in November and now. But I will say I am so disappointed in how Osana do business now.
