They told me the issue which it was a very easy fix (it was a loose wire). They told me how to fix it and to prevent it from happening again. They didn't charge me anything and also they give free estimates. It doesn't cost a penny to have them come out and see what's the problem. Before I called them, I called my NEIGHBOR which he is a garage door repairman and he wanted $100 just to come out, more like to walk to my house and tell me what's wrong. Then he wanted additional money for labor and parts if repairs were needed. Highly recommend Fix this Garage Door and I will definitely call them again in the future if I have any garage door problems.

Service tech Uriel made several adjustments, lubed the mechanism in several places, tuned and checked the motor. He also removed a piece of wood trim that compromised smooth operation of the door. Uriel reported that if left operating without this service, the door would have eventually become dislodged from the track and fallen on our cars. Uriel was very professional and knowledgeable, and he texted before he arrived. This minor and inexpensive repair saved us a future major headache and large repair bill. I highly recommend All American Door.

It appeared from my testing and checking that it was the "controller board" which I could have bought online from the gate manufacturer for almost $600. I called Reliable Overhead Door and was told they sold a newer model controller for less than $500 if that was truly what it needed. They sent their crew of Ryan and Caleb out within hours, and after spending less than an hour on site they discovered a ground wire that had been cut by the continuous open/closing of the gate. It honestly wasn't wired very well 12 years ago by the company that built and installed the gate in my opinion. I was charged just for the service call - labor and minor parts to repair the broken wire were included. These folks know their business, were quick to respond and are extremely fair in their pricing plus they were cordial and professional throughout the process. Strongly recommended.

We had a contractor who did a job for us tell us we set the bar high and we do! It is our home. My husband and I both have professions that do not allow for mistakes and so we expect a lot. We expect to know the process, the cost, when you are going to be here and we want you to strive for perfection. We had a fence done years ago by a guy who does a lot of work here in Keller. Terrible work! Screws sticking out etc. It was crooked. We told someone what a bad experience we had previously and they recommended FWCF. We are so grateful! A night and day experience! We knew when the supplies were being delivered. Maben followed up. The guys were here at the time he told us and we knew about when they would be leaving. None of this no show, or not show up when they say they are coming kind of stuff. That's what we had with the other business. Jose came and got right to work. We got exactly what we expected! Our neighbors loved it so much that they approached them and asked for their info. I told Maben I was so impressed with their service. He said he tries to provide a great experience for his customers. I know a lot of businesses have similar names. Call Maben and check out their work on Facebook. It's perfection! Here are a few photos of what they did for us. Make the call!
