Service tech Uriel made several adjustments, lubed the mechanism in several places, tuned and checked the motor. He also removed a piece of wood trim that compromised smooth operation of the door. Uriel reported that if left operating without this service, the door would have eventually become dislodged from the track and fallen on our cars.
