We had a contractor who did a job for us tell us we set the bar high and we do! It is our home. My husband and I both have professions that do not allow for mistakes and so we expect a lot. We expect to know the process, the cost, when you are going to be here and we want you to strive for perfection. We had a fence done years ago by a guy who does a lot of work here in Keller. Terrible work! Screws sticking out etc. It was crooked. We told someone what a bad experience we had previously and they recommended FWCF. We are so grateful! A night and day experience! We knew when the supplies were being delivered. Maben followed up. The guys were here at the time he told us and we knew about when they would be leaving. None of this no show, or not show up when they say they are coming kind of stuff. That's what we had with the other business. Jose came and got right to work. We got exactly what we expected! Our neighbors loved it so much that they approached them and asked for their info. I told Maben I was so impressed with their service. He said he tries to provide a great experience for his customers. I know a lot of businesses have similar names. Call Maben and check out their work on Facebook. It's perfection! Here are a few photos of what they did for us. Make the call!

** Update **…read more Absolutely love my new Fence! Lifetime Fence is amazing! Felipe and his crew were here on time. They worked hard and fast, it only took them two days to finish, my salesman came out to walk the fence after they were done. We found one spot where they had forgot to stain a cut end but that was resolved the same day. Carina called to do a follow up thank you call a week later just to make sure I hadn't found anything else that I needed fixed. I absolutely love this company! We are only 50% complete at this point and are truly disappointed in the franchise in Lake Worth. As we have progressed through the build we have run into a multitude of line items that were well underestimated even though our estimator had detailed information from us, our architect and in some cases the actual vendor. We have tried repeatedly to set up a meeting with the franchise owner and have never heard back. The invoices for payments 2 and 3 arrived on time but still no response from the owner. While the concept is good, the execution in Lake Worth TX is not up to snuff.
