Horrible experience , as well as how the manager handles her situations. My payment went thru and i tried exposing that over and over again but "since i didn't know her job" i was wrong and she was right. ? Like how does that make sense when I'm showing you proof about my transaction and you don't care to listen so she insisted on KEEPING my items til "i PAY" again because tho ere system froze ! After 15/20 mins of telling her I'm not leaving i know my bank took out my PAYMENT and it's not pending I'm going to wait , we'll low and behold what do you know the other manager finds my receipt and doesn't know why that happened ! No sincere apology from the manager that wanted to withhold my items from me tho . Super sad how they treat customers ! They did nothing for what happened to me last Nov2021. I was injured inside their store due to their display that fell directly to my foot and it bled. No manager came to assist me, and I was only given by a staff bandaid and toilet paper that was almost empty! No first aid kit. Nothing. My grandma offered me a more softer tissue. I asked the cashier for a cotton ball or even some alcohol. NOTHING. I couldn't barely walk when I went out their store because I was in so much pain. That's the worst pain I had experienced in my foot. I emailed their customer support right away and they promised me that the Escalation Department would get back at me via email but have received NO RESPONSE. I followed-up with them a couple of times. Not sure if they are waiting for my foot to heal or was I just totally neglected. Up to this date, the toe that was hit directly by their display has a dead part! Still black in color. I like Hollister and their quality of clothing, it's just that I didn't expect your customer service would be like this. I love the designs and aesthetics of all the clothes and they always fit perfectly and last because of their quality, always great service, loved them all throughout high school and til this day. If I could give zero stars I would! HORRIBLE SERVICE!! I am writing this to file a complaint against Stacy (or her alleged name), cashier #02280960, and her poor customer service. Today, February 11 at 3:26pm PT, Stacy greeted me with "hello....are you going to be retuning all that?" In a rudely manner. She then notified me that I could only return up to $150 of online purchases, which is completely untrue. During my exchanges she asked me a reason for every item to which I relied it was either to big or didn't want it. After she offered that I get a new size and I declined, Stacy remarked "Why don't you want a different size if that's your reason". I explained I simply didn't want the items anymore to which she gave me a rude look. I asked if there was a problem and she said no. When I put my other shirts on the counter she angrily asked me "you have more??" although I only had two more shirts & didn't exceed her quoted $150 exchange limit.... I continued to ignore her horrible attitude. At the end I mentioned I had been charged wrong for a shirt online and if they can help me price match or help me with the issue. Stacy exclaimed that since it was an online purchase I had to call customer service, in stores cannot help. When I asked her for the customer service number, Stacy exclaimed that she did not have the number and that I COULD LOOK IT UP MYSELF ON GOOGLE. I decided to try online shopping during the pandemic to limit my exposure. If I had known I was going to be harassed is returning items I would have never bought Hollister merchandise. During the pandemic, Hollister should expect high online returns since everyone is online shopping, yet management and staff is unapologetically rude. I will not be a returning Hollister customer and hope Stacy's leadership roles are reconsidered to avoid future customer losses. read more

Wow. 0 stars is too much. I waited for 20 minutes to return new pants and sweat shirt with tags on them. I had the email with dollar amount and rewards account but they demanded a hard receipt. Customer service was terrible and I left. I will not be returning nor will I allow my kids to shop here anymore. Management should get some training on what service means. read more

Since this location usually have my jean size my fiance and I decided to go. It was pretty busy for a Friday evening... I went looking for light colored jeans. I asked a worker named Ilce. She was so nice and she ran to the back. Like CMON, that is just great service. Who jogs to the back to get your jeans? She did not disappoint. She brought me a size smaller in the color I wanted since they didn't have my size and a similar colored jean in my size. She gave me a dressing room right away. I recommend coming to this location and especially getting helped by Ilce. She is sooo sweet. read more

This was our first time shopping at this Hollister and I have to say they have the worst employees ever!. Especially the girls at the counter ringing up customers tonight (1/11/2019) at approximately 5pm.. and yes I'm talking to the rude lil Blond and the equally rude lil Asian girl that were at the register. Hopefully management can send them back to training and teach them some basic customer service skills. They come off as entitled and disrespectful brats that were never taught any manners. This store needs training on customer service as well as on their merchandise. Had an associate tell me today that a shirt I had put on hold to purchase when it went on sale a couple days before wasn't actually on sale at all when I came to actually purchase. Not friendly at all. Showed a 25 % off on my phone (said you can on the email) they said they didn't have that. I said its online and in stores. They told me they could give me 20 and I said no thank you I have the 25. After rolling their eyes at me and being rude they gave me the 25 but they gave me 25 off both items I bought when the pants I bought were already supposed to be 30% off and I wanted the 25% off the regular priced item. They didn't give me the clearance price on the pants. Horrible customer service. If you don't like where you work and don't know your own stores discounts...don't work there!!!! read more

My came back with my friend because we had to return the item but they did give us store credit. My friend used it to buy some shirts and shorts that were on sale. He liked the items he got and said the prices were good. So for that reason I'm giving four stars. read more
