The store is fully stocked and has hoarder vibes since you can't move around without bumping into something. This store is just way too crowded with tables and clothing, making it hard to shop. I usually go in and out... going exactly to what I need. I'd love to spend more time inside browsing and shopping but it gives me claustrophobia. I noticed that upon entry that no one offered to help customers but instead, most employees were standing around chatting amongst one another, or simply ignoring customers entirely. My recommendation is...let's get marketing and the display humans to work in these stores, to make it more shopping friendly. These stores are way too cluttered...pretty soon we will all be standing in the hallways pointing at things to hand over to us, at this rate!!! Sheesh!!!

I had only been to one Lululemon store before, but I was already at the Biltmore Fashion Park and…read morerealized I needed to run in to pick up a quick item at Lululemon and there was one right there. This was my first time at this location. The associates were very friendly and helpful, and while the products looked very nice and there were a variety of items in the store, the prices were quite high. Looking online in advance, I was surprised to see a nice black t-shirt with writing on it was $100. While the back portion of the store faces Camelback, you cannot enter or exit using a door on that side of the store. You need to enter from the courtyard in the middle of the Biltmore Fashion Park (north side of the store). It is open daily from 10 AM to 8 PM except on Sunday when they are open from 11 AM to 6 PM. In-store services include "Buy Online and Pick up in Store," "Like New," Returns & Exchanges, and Hemming. The store has women's and men's clothes and accessories, bags, and "we made too much" sale items. If you go to https://shop.lululemon.com, you can shop online, locate a store, and learn more about their free membership program (https://shop.lululemon.com/membership). Benefits include free hemming, partner perks, early access to product drops, exchange or credit on sale items, member-only experiences, receipt-free returns, and select Peloton classes. After you spent $500, you bump up to another tier where you now get exclusive access to products and a personal shopper. After spending $1000, you get first access to restocks and complimentary customization. Also, if you sign up for their e-mail list when visiting that website, you can get 15% off your first online order of full-priced items. Finally, it is worth noting that the American Express Platinum card now offers four $75 Lululemon credits (one per quarter), which will certainly get people who do not regularly shop at Lululemon to go into the stores for the first time. That includes me! Though I often see Lululemon items showing up at universities nowadays (though the price is too steep for the college students themselves but maybe not their families and alumni).

The store is expanding! Nice :)…read more I ordered online thru the app as I had a special discount code and received a text within a couple hours that my order was ready for pickup. Dropped by to get it and noticed they are remodeling- which is very welcome since it was quite small and this is a very popular shop. Super friendly staff and the quality of the product is well known. I do wish they didn't have have such sky high prices but they are popular and can price what they can get for sure. They also offer yoga classes in the park as well when it's not so hot so check that out if you like outdoor yoga. I've not attended but have been at the mall when they are having class and it's super popular. Make sure to check out their online category 'we made too much' if you want to catch a deal.
