He would not unload the vehicle into my driveway, I was specific that I will have it repaired or scrap it myself. Driver took off with my vehicle. Went town to their yard to get my car back and they claimed I had to sign the title over to them for the towing fee. I could not get the car back. This is FRAUD!!! Charged me $219 for 1.5 miles of towing and I could have scrapped it for $550. If the police ever call you a tow truck do not use this company.

As it was very cold and snowy, she was informed that AAA would take 2 hours to tow. The responding MI State Trooper suggested a tow and summoned it from an unknown source. Neither the Trooper nor the "Reliable " (Holland, MI) tow truck driver informed her of any possible charges. It took the tow driver approximately 10 minutes to pull out the car and leave it on the left shoulder of the highway within a quarter mile of exit #41. He didn't drop the car off where she could see how operational it was without speeding trucks and cars. He then proceeded to charge her $319.30 for this very limited service. She was very traumatized and upset by this whole incident, and she still had a 3 hour drive to make it home. Had she known the price beforehand, she would've called me back, and we would've refused the service. I am extremely disappointed in the response that took advantage of a young and vulnerable woman.

He stopped multiple times because the front tires on my husband's truck were turning, to straighten them and try to keep them that way. Immediately after the tow (we got the truck back on the road the same day), it was evident that the alignment had been screwed up. The truck pulls terribly. My husband had estimates done regarding the damage & he's turned them in to this company. Whomever is in charge of compensating when they've damaged a vehicle won't even call my husband back. I definitely do not recommend anyone use this company!
