He cannot get a job until he has a place to live. It wasn't ready when they said it would be and we wasted money on air fair to TN to pick it up. They are also trying to justify charging us more money for less repairs than originally quoted. Less work = Less money! Not at Kings! And TODAY...we were just told by King's they have clients with appointments and their vehicles were in front of ours. THEY'VE HAD OURS OVER A MONTH! They didn't touch it for two weeks. We had to complain just to get them to look at it. We have phone records where we've had to call them constantly. They've caused us valuable time and a considerable amount of money. A new RV would have been less aggravation. This place is horribleI don't care if their work is A plus. Their integrity is crap and their CS is even worse.

I was quite impressed with their sincerity and actions proposed to correct my unpleasant experience. The appear to be in the process of changing the culture there, and I am willing to give them another opportunity to keep my business. Its rare to me to have a business follow-up and correct an issue, going above and beyond to make it right. Will update again after my next service visit.

I had a solenoid go out, rendering it unable to start. Was visiting Dickson so it was towed to Nick Meyer. They replaced the solenoid but reported three other issues found. Out of the three things we were told needed immediate attention to be safe (totaling $3,786), literally none of them were true. I took the vehicle to 4 mechanics in a nearby town and all of them verified that the Nick Meyer claimed issues were non-existent. Not to mention, I was told to pick up the vehicle at 1:00, and by 5:15 I was STILL waiting for it to be ready. I truly believe that the conduct displayed here is illegal. I hope someone looks into the business practices here and opens a fraud case.
