We were up for trying a new Indian restaurant, something I don't do lightly but my husband loves it so have to do it every once in a while. We were very pleased with Holi Indian Kitchen and my husband, who will be in the area for a few more weeks plans to go back. One of my son's ordered butter chicken, which we all love at home and because of that we usually try not to order it at restaurants because we never like it as well. But this was at least comparable to what I make, if not better so it was a good choice on his part. My other son ordered Mango Chicken Curry and we also ordered Tandoori Paneer. Both were very good, but the butter chicken was the best thing we ordered. Service was spectacular - Lawrence took great care of us and we appreciated his attentions and recommendations. A few things that could really push this place up to the full 5 stars in my opinion: 1. there wasn't much meat in the dishes - I know that Indian tends to be very saucy, but there were very few chicken chunks in both the butter chicken and Mango chicken dishes. 2. we ordered both buttered naan and regular naan and none of us could tell the difference between the two. We may actually have just received both regular naans. 3. often times we are able to find gluten free naan at restaurants, but they didn't have any. This would be a beneficial item to add to the menu, as a lot of people are gluten free these days. read more

We were in town for a World System Builder brainstorming event focused on growing our business and stayed at the Hilton Hotels & Resorts. Whenever I travel, I enjoy exploring local Indian restaurants, so we decided to visit Holi Indian Restaurant. On our first night, we enjoyed Chili Garlic Naan, Shyam Savera, Pindy Chana, and Rabri Gulab Jamun for dessert. The flavors were enjoyable, and we appreciated the effort put into the dishes. Our server, Roshan, was attentive, present, and a very good listener throughout the meal. At the end of dinner, he asked for honest feedback about the food and restaurant, which I respected. I shared that constructive feedback is valuable because it helps businesses grow. I told him that if the feedback was taken positively and improvements continued, we would gladly come back again -- and we did. The following night, we returned with a larger group. The staff remained attentive, and the overall experience was good. I enjoyed the Hakka noodles, while others in our group were happy with dishes like lamb chops and chicken sizzlers. Since I don't eat meat myself, I can only speak for my own meal, but everyone seemed satisfied and enjoyed the evening. One small suggestion I would offer is enhancing the chai with flavors like cloves, green cardamom, or fennel to give it an even richer and more authentic touch. Small refinements like that can create a memorable experience for guests. Overall, we appreciated the hospitality, the willingness to listen, and the effort from the team. We brought our friends to dinner tonight and once again Holi you show why you're my favorite Indian restaurant. We started with a few appetizers and everything was so delicious. I got the lentil soup and boy it was piping hot and had a little spice to it. It was so good and would love to have the recipe to make at home. I had the noodles and they were so flavorful but if you want a little heat to it I would say go 3 or higher. The saag paneer and butter chicken were just ask good. You can't go wrong on what you order here. We were the only ones at 5PM in the restaurant so, the service was amazing. I've dined here in the off season and the restaurant is packed. I'm disappointed that I didn't take any photos! BUT THE FOOD DID NOT DISAPPOINT! While in he area for Labor Day weekend, we came across this place and ended up going twice for dinner. Over the 2 days we tried the chicken tikka masala, chicken biriyani, butter chicken, garlic naan and I believe the chili chicken. Everything was flavorful. Servers were great and helpful knowing we never visited the place. The overall place is really nice inside and it's across from the outlets as well so not far if you're checking out the outlet! Absolutely amazing experience. The service was outstanding--very engaging, friendly, professional, and attentive from start to finish. Roshan was my waiter and he was excellent--knowledgeable, personable, and truly helpful with recommendations. I originally came in planning to order chicken tikka masala, but he suggested the mango chicken curry instead, and I'm glad I took his advice. The dish was incredible--rich, flavorful, perfectly balanced, and paired beautifully with the rice. Great food, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere. HOW DARE THESE PEOPLE. It's Christmas Day and we spent a lot of time figuring out what we wanted, my father placed the order on their website, it was confirmed, they charged his card. He drove 45 minutes to pick up the food, waited 15 minutes and they CANCELLED THE ORDER DOR NO REASON. Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE. They then said they could make the order but he would have to wait 90 MINUTES!!! Who the HELL runs a business this way? Thanks for ruining my family's Christmas night! Screw these ppl! read more

The service industry has been hit with the economy but then to cheat customers is a disgrace. They add auto gratuity to the total tab. Which is not polite but nevertheless a trend now. The worst is when they bring the check after swiping the card. No mention of the auto-gratuity. The digital screen prompts for gratuity of 20%, 25-% yet again. At this cost your gratuity amount is about 43 percent of your total tab. Please be aware. The food is so so as compared to other restaurants in town. But They do have a good presentation of the poor quality food. read more

We had a takeout order for samosa chaat, chilli garlic momos, paneer biryani, garlic naan and paneer makhani. The momos, naan and the paneer curry tasted good. But, the biryani and samosa chaat were tasteless. The use of red food color was prevalent in all the food, which should not be the case. I can say that the food didn't meet our expectations, the waiting time was 45 minutes to get the food, Pani puri and Dahi puri, few snacks came after the main course was served, the starter snacks were not having any taste, the curries were very spicy Evan after asking for mild we got too much spicy that we could handle, our kids were not able to eat either, when asked for remaking then they just changed the serving bowls and gave same food- felt bad about that.
