We paired them with the jalapeño cheddar and scallion schmears, both of which worked really well. Since this was a preorder pickup at Wildfire Oak Brook, I can't really comment on a dine-in atmosphere or full restaurant service experience. But purely based on the bagels, I'd absolutely order again. Definitely a step above the typical grocery-store or chain bagel.

I understand not having decaf cold brew or decaf coffee since you have to brew a LOT and if only a few customers want decaf it's a waste. But espresso is made by the serving so there's not a huge risk of waste by just having a bag of decaf espresso coffee lying around for the occasional customer that wants it. Probably 9/10 coffee shops I've been to in Chicago have decaf espresso so it was really disappointing that I was not able to get a latte here.
