Moose tracks
Cole D.

Five star food. 2 to 3 star service. This place is amazing. I've been to another location in the city. The combination of a hot donut mixed with delectable smooth ice cream that's cold. Is such a nice combo. The price is a little steep you pay about $12-$13 for one of these donut sandwiches. But the flavor is amazing. Moose tracks is a phenomenal ice cream flavor. Service was pretty disorderly. They were scrambling. Their Money machine wasn't working. They didn't ask me what flavor I wanted for my doughnut so I just got what they gave me.

I loved their selection of interesting flavors. We tried the chocolate with chocolate chips, the peanut butter chocolate, and their Holey Moley (cookie dough ice cream loaded with M&Ms, fudge and chocolate fudge. They were all decadent.

Apple Fritter

I've gotten an ice cream before and this time I got an apple fritter. The apple fritter was really good and affordable - the ice cream was not the best I've ever had but also solid. Fast and friendly service.

We came here for a snack after dinner! There was no line and my friend recommended this place as she has been here before. The small vanilla ice cream was good and not too sweet. There is minimal seating and it is a no frills place. My friend recommends the matcha flavor ice cream here too.

Service was super friendly and there are over 40 ice cream flavors to choose from. You can sample flavors in order to help you choose - they have a few varieties of oreo ice cream (include coffee oreo) The donuts are baked at a separate location - there's display donuts available but none in your immediate view to see how fresh they are. The display donuts obvs aren't the freshest looking. You can however get a donut ice cream sandwich, which is probably their unique item to come here for. Ice cream was just fine - very standard and nothing to write home about. The flavors tried were oreo and holey moley (bunch of candy bits interspersed into the ice cream). If you're looking to scratch an ice cream itch this place does the trick. Not my personal fave ice cream place by far, but is open pretty late which is a nice touch.

Outrageous Java Guatemala Ice Cream Midnight Oreo

They have a good selection of ice cream & I had a hard time deciding between a few of the flavors. Ended up going with the midnight Oreo and Java flavor. Both were delicious and they served generous scoops. Highly recommend their ice cream, did not get a chance to try out their donut options Not much of a sit down place, great if you want to grab some dessert and go

The absolute best service and ice cream in the city! I LOVE this place! Over 40 different ice cream flavors to choose from and specialty donuts!

Ice cream donut sandwich (Maine blueberry ice cream with M&M/frosting/chocolate sauce donut)

Holey cream, holey cow!! If you are purely looking for a tasty dessert and can afford some extra sugar in your diet, then this place is perfect for you. Their ice cream donut sandwiches are their specialty, so I had to try one. I got the the Maine blueberry ice cream sandwiched between two halves of a donut with M&Ms, strawberry frosting, and chocolate sauce (made to order). It was every bit as tasty as it sounds. I thought it was just going to be one scoop of ice cream spread around the donut, but I was wrong - they gave 4 whole scoops of ice cream! The ice cream was so creamy and delicious with actual blueberries in it. The donut was top notch as well. Oh, and this giant ice cream sandwich was only $9! The place itself is quite small with a few chairs inside and outside. The lady who served us was friendly and the service speed was fast. The line also wasn't bad at all for a Friday night. Overall, you really can't ask for anything more than this from an ice cream spot: delicious ice cream with a unique product and great value. Come by and you will surely leave happy - just don't tell your dietician.

Craving something sweet after a late lunch and stumbled across this cute spot in Hell's Kitchen! This is such a cute place with a couple of chairs inside (no tables) and a few more outside to people watch. If you're unsure of what sweet treat you want they offer ice cream, donuts, smoothies, and cupcakes. It was 90 degrees today so I opted for a cookies and cream milkshake. Yes, I asked for us milkshake connoisseurs...II want it to be so thick that the first sip is a struggle through the straw AND she delivered (I thought I was going to have to get another straw LOL)! I will definitely come back to try a cupcake!

Delicious Red Velvet Cupcake Ice Cream

I love that everyone was offered samples to taste before making your final decision. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and patient to everybody who came in. I got some ice cream during a festival and there were so many tourists sitting in the restaurant and the ice cream server remained calm. I will definitely will come back to try the other flavors. I loved my red velvet cupcakes ice cream. It was so creamy, and I enjoyed the crunch of the sprinkles on the cone

Campfire s'mores

Holey Moley! The ice cream prices in the city :) It was good and the child enjoyed his campfire s'mores ice cream in a waffle cone.

Got a small ice cream (two scoops) and four donuts. There are many donuts to choose from and the price point is fair ($9.50 for four - excluding tax and tip). A small ice cream is on the pricier side but is two scoops ($5.75 excluding tax and tip). Good local ice cream and donut shop but nothing too special. They have a good donut ice cream option if you're craving both!

Bad food, service, and ambiance. Ice cream and donuts taste horrible. It's overpriced and such a small place. Don't go here.

I've never tried a Japanese cheesecake before and was extremely excited to be able to pick up some treats for my coworkers as well as my partner's birthday cake from Keki. Ordering is fairly straightforward and done with a simple machine outfront. Once your order is ready one of the staff members hands it to you through a window; there is no inside area accessible to customers but our food came quickly and we took it back to the office. The cheesecake was fantastic. I read a bit about the background of the shop online and how the owner really cares about using high-quality ingredients, specifically dairy. It was justas described, light and bouncy. I enjoyed how it was not overly sweet and found that it was all too easy to devour the entire cake over the course of two days. Despite it not having much weight to it, it traveled surprisingly well as I took it home on my three train commute! Similar to what others have said, the real highlight of the shop, in my opinion, are their cream puffs. I'm not sure what I was expecting, but the outer layer was thin yet had a nice little crunch to it. We tried the classic milk, cookies & cream pistachio and ube flavors. Our favorite was the pistachio by far, which had such a unique yet decadent flavor and our second favorite was the milk cream puff. There's not much else I can say other than you really have to go here and try the desserts yourself. If you're a fan of Japanese desserts that are rich yet not too sweet, you'll be a fan of Keki.

There are lots of other tart places that do something sinilar and didn't really think these were that memorable. But read this keeping in mind I didn't try to cake items so that product may be better if all you're looking for is a light fluffy dessert that's not too sweet. Try something else here! Just did take out option here so not much to ambiance or service from my experience to speak on.

And I commonly see the upstairs for private events like baby showers, bridal showers, or birthday parties on social media. After dinner with my friends, I was looking for dessert and I was glad to see this location closes relatively late on a weekday night at 11 pm. Upon walking in, I was greeted by a waiter who led us to one of the purple velvet chair booths that was perfect for two people and another waiter brought us a pitcher of water almost immediately. The menu is on a QR code already on the table and we were given ample of time to decide. My friend and I both already knew what we wanted to order. I got the purple Yam Souffle which takes 25 minutes to make and my friend got the fried squid tails. We also got a signature Rose Green Milk Tea to share. The waitress who took our order has great memory and recalled all of our items without writing it down. She also reminded me that I could adjust the ice and sugar levels of my drink which I had completely forgotten and would have got annoyed if my drink came out 100% sweetness. Another thing is that my drink order frequently comes out wrong at other locations so I was glad she got it right! Green tea instead of black tea and with milk instead of without milk. The purple Yam Souffle is just like the other locations. Hot, soft cakey texture balanced with an ice cold red bean Ice-Cream. So delicious! The squid tails on the other hand was not what we expected. It came out burnt and hard. The outer batter was not crispy either. We informed one of the waiters and he brought it back to inform the kitchen staff. We received a new batch that was not as burnt and had more flavoring this time around. However, the squid was still hard and not like the ones we get from other locations with smaller crispier pieces. Overall, it was still a good experience and I love the decorations at this location! This might be my second favorite location after the Flushing one. Would love to come back for brunch or hi-tea. Or regular food options when I have not already eaten dinner. My usual go-tos are the twister fries, Santa Fe chicken rolls, fried salted crispy chicken, and the trio dessert combo. However, this location has a lot more variety! FYI - there are two unisex restrooms in the rear for customers to use with really cute wallpapers too.

We ordered potted rose milk tea to share, Dubai affogato and Brown Sugar Boba Mille Crêpes Cake. We came on a Friday around 4pm. Originally I wanted to try the strawberry matchamisu, however, was told that it sold out. What a bummer. The rose milk tea came with a themed pot and cups which is really cute. The rose fragrant smelled so good and the milk tea also tasted good and has a hint of rose taste. The cake was good, the boba was well cooked, chewy and flavorful! This time there was an unpleasant experience. At first when the Dubai affogato was served, we did not realize that the amount of the coffee was little until we saw another customer's dish that the volume of their coffee looked significantly more than ours. My friend brought it to the waitress attention but the waitress brushed it off and did not acknowledge our concern. When we finished and were about to leave, the same waitress came over and showed us that the container of the coffee was different and hence the volume of the coffee looked different. At this point, we did not care for it anymore. We would have been fine if the staff acknowledged our concern. We thought that maybe using standardized containers for the coffee would avoid this problem. Other than that, the food and drinks were good.
