It was dull, blurry, and the background was horrible with other people in the shot. Had they cropped the photo, you wouldn't be able to see the kids running around in the background and it would have been a little better. We ordered the digital copy and they didn't even put it on a cd, and instead emailed it to us. It went into our spam folder and we were not told until a month later after asking them 2 times for the photo to look in our spam for it. Very unprofessional and poorly done in my opinion. We will not be ordering from them again.

That included educational program that was linked to the real life experience in color and design analysis. Olga is a real fan dedicated to what she does. Her trainings are both deep-dive and hands-on. What I especially like about the trainings, and what worked really well for me, is that with Olga you never go abstract about style, it's never about "this color will bring out the energy of the this guy" or "I just felt she needed this look". Every style decision you learn to make has a set of rules, reasons and mechanisms behind it, that are thoroughly studies during the classes. In both cases, Michelle was a godsend. She regularly met independently with the kids and always provided me with a status afterwards which meant that the kids could drive their own process but I was comfortable with the direction and the partnership was super easy. Both kids have said "I don't know what I would have done without her" Her counsel is always honest, fair and spot on, while being delivered in a supportive way. The process is so tough and so emotional, and she managed to identify its harsh realities while keeping the kids feeling good about themselves and identifying options that worked for them. The office is very well run. They call and remind you before every appointment. Billing is easy to understand. All in all, a totally terrific place and super highly recommended.

I have to say that this location is extremely convenient and ideal for a test center. First of all, it is straight down Lawrence drive and near Arques Ave., which is very easy to get to. Secondly, this place has plenty of parking spaces all around, so you never have to hurry or worry about space on top of the upcoming exam. Lastly, I have been here twice so far, and the people have always been very nice and cordial. They set up your test environment correctly, and off you go. The testing environment is also ideal in that it is very quiet place without any distraction nearby. This test center is also located near many convenient eateries and shopping, so you can also do some side business after the exam. Overall, I am satisfied with this location's amenity and their honest administration of the exams.

The most recent camp (Spring Break 2011) included sculpture, pastels, painting, poetry, cartooning, collage and even a dance/movement element, which was a fun surprise.
