My second favorite was the Carnitas, which was really good and so infused with pork gelatin, my napkins were almost glued to my hands lol! If you think you know just what enchiladas, empanadas and tamales taste like, be prepared to really surprised by the Salvadoran versions. They also have Mexican menu items. Menudo is featured on weekends and it's as good a menudo as I've ever had - rich and thick, with lots of meat of stomach and foot.
