And they said they can accommodate dietary restrictions like nut-free. I was wrong, they do offer nut free milks and bases. So that's good. They also do carry juices in the refrigerated case, but when I was there I didn't see any juices and I didn't ask if there were any available. Props to Cory for reaching out to me. I appreciate that! What I wrote originally: After looking at the online menu & website, I went into this location for a Green Room juice. But was told they don't make juice anymore. That was disappointing because it was on the menu online. Update the website then? And all the smoothies have major allergens -- nut-based milks and coconut milk and coconut water and coco whip, whatever that is. Everything's promoted as "dairy-free" but nut milks are not allergen free. No alternatives like oat milk or the better tasting "flax seed milk." It's extremely difficult to find a juice/smoothie places that offer allergen-free juices/smoothies -- please start offering vegan AND allergen free aka nut free. Cute place, sadly not enlightened on allergens.

One worker in particular, Riley, whom I'm assuming this was her first job in customer service because she looked like she was still in high school, was extremely unhelpful and had serious attitude issues, and was completely unwilling to work on a solution and acted as if I was the one that created the issue in the first place. As someone whose job is centered around customer service, her approach to the whole situation was horrible and I wouldn't hire a person like that to represent my company. If they fix their hiring and training issues it would be a great place! Hopefully those workers are given some more guidance into how to be professional.

She asked for it and they asked if she paid. She did. They asked three more times if we paid. Yes. They asked for the receipt they printed out and she had declined the receipt initially and the guy couldn't remember any of this taking place. She told him to just print the last receipt. There were no other customers (now we know why) and he said they have none and can't reprint receipts. She had to tell him to fish it out of the garbage. The manager told her to not be mad at him because he didn't do anything. Who should we be mad at, do you actually work here? The manager closed the window on her three separate times and was rude and gave so much attitude. We've never experienced anything like this. Since they shut the window on us again, she went inside the establishment and started asking for her receipt and the manager (sitting on the counter) still said there was no receipt. His wife, sitting in the store with three other females, not as customers, chimed in and started being rude as well. The other original employee finally fished out the receipt and handed it to her. Magical. My friend took a picture of "the manager" to share with corporate. That's when the wife went full crazy. She demanded we delete it and called her a "fat b!@&$" and she and the rest of their family/friends followed her out of the store recording her. They threatened us and tried blocking us from leaving. Oh by the way this was recorded on her dash cam and bumper cam. Maybe we should actually call the police because of how scared they made us feel.
