And they will expedite service as soon as the part comes In. Well the parts never seem to come In on time. Often are 7-10 days late. Or their famous excuse is oh the part came in but it was the wrong part. After a few years of excuses they are no longer our elevator company And as it says office is open by appointment. So we went through the issue that no one is in the office to answer calls or if you leave a message they do not return the call. One star is one too many
