Moving sucks. Period…read more We used this service when we moved from Florida to Connecticut. We ordered their largest container which was 16 ft. This was designed to be able to fit the contents of about a 1200 sq. ft. home. Requesting a quote and for the pod to be delivered was easy and can be done on their website; the customer service hotline can be called also. The truck dropped the pod off and we had a few days to load it. We scheduled a date for pickup; from drop off to pickup, they were prompt both times. They also give us a call when they're on their way. It's pretty awesome seeing how they move the pod on and off the truck too; the truck has a lift that is specialized to pick up the pod. Once we got to Connecticut, the pod was dropped off the next day; customer service was great. Overall, it was a seamless process and made moving 1,300 miles, a little less stressful; wished we used them the first time we moved from New England to Florida!

We ordered a Pod for Storage and the representative quoted us a monthly charge of $280.91 are first…read morebill arrived and our amount was $312.12. When i called to ask why it was not the quoted price the rep. told me that was only for the 1st month. I explained that the rep. had told us that was our monthly charge and it was not for just the 1st month. I advised them to go back and listen to the recording from our conversation since it was recorded. A case was opened and after a few weeks I received an email from Customer Advocacy Customer Resolution Specialist who advised it was confirmed by the recording that we were incorrectly advised for the monthly rental fee. They offered to give us a 1 time courtesy credit of $28.90 but the rest of the bills would be $312.12. I replied back to the Customer Advocacy rep. and tried to reach her. She finally responded and stated she didn't know what more she could do. i replied back that I wanted my bill corrected for the amount of $280.91 that we were originally quoted and I wanted to speak to a supervisor which I have not heard back from anyone. Pods you can't have your rep. make a mistake quoting someone and then not honor the monthly price.
