They also have written on their estimates: "Lifetime warranty on leaks/7 year labor/20-50 year manufacturers warranty." Their price to replace ~30 feet of gutters was reasonable and they were very friendly. After several years my gutters began to leak at the seams (disappointing but not too big of a deal) but then water began to overflow at one of the sections, creating a waterfall type effect during hard rain. I called naively thinking they would come out and fill the leaks and fix the overflow issue, but they were reluctant to do anything. They first said the leak was because they weren't cleaned regularly (they are 30 feet high with no trees above them), but when they came out to look at the waterflow issue, they stated that what was needed were wider gutters to replace the narrower ones they had initially installed. The cost to "fix" this was ~9x what I had originally paid. When I pointed out the absurdity of this "remedy" to my solution, they did not follow up (they had been calling weekly to let me know about their financing option). Looking back, they were never interested in fixing anything, just angling for more business. In fact, the person they sent out was not even a repairman but the guy that gives estimates. I now have to replace gutters that they replaced-the rest of my gutters are all fine. Incredibly disappointing.

We were closing on my child's house and met here at the title company to finalize the paperwork. We arrived a good half hour early and we're taken right in to our conference room. when we first entered, we were greeted by the receptionist who took the information on the house and had the gentleman who would take care of us come right up. I was impressed because they had really good candy in a dish on the counter and apparently they also have cold drinks and snacks available for clients. The whole process took just over half an hour, but that was probably because we kept talking about all different things while doing the paperwork. When we were finished, we took some pictures and were offered if we wanted anything for the road in the way of drinks or snacks. Really nice place with friendly staff. I confess that I forgot to take pictures while there.

Allied Machine and Fabricating Inc seemed like a great place to get some machine work done. But…read moreunfortunately the staff was very unfriendly and didn't seem to want my business. The office worker was nice enough but when she took me back to review my project with the machinist he could not be bothered with me. Basically saying i should leave and if i wanted to come back some other time to talk to the owner because "he didn't have time." Needless to say i left very frustrated and would not recommend the shop to any of my friends. I do a fair amount of metal work and fabrication and could not believe the way i was treated. This is a definite poor rating.

After…read morenumerous calls and emails they finally reply only after I had stated that I would look for the work to be done elsewhere. They gave me a quote for the work which we approved. After asking for few weeks on status of our project they finally replied and said they would not do the work for us because what we were asking for does not match the quote. It was at this point I decided I had enough and it wasn't worth our time begging to pay them for services.

That may be okay for a washer but any delay with a dead refrigerator results in significant spoiled food costs. I found Little John on Yelp and liked what I read. (Ignore the one nasty Yelp review. It doesn't correspond to what everyone else reported and certainly doesn't fit with our experience. Some people are nasty by nature.) John rushed over because the parts distributor would be closed for the next three days. He wanted to be sure he got to us in time to get any needed parts before the close of business. He could have played around for a few hours to pad the bill or sold us parts we didn't need. Instead, he immediately identified the problem and had the fridge running again in minutes. His bill was astoundingly low. John won fans in our household and we are passing his name along to all our friends. We will definitely be calling John any time an appliance acts up. If you need appliance repair, call Little John. You won't be disappointed.

I had a refrigerator that wasn't cooling, and did a google search for someone that could repair in…read moremy area. I came across John, and texted initially, then he followed up with a call. He could have almost diagnosed over the phone, but since I wasn't home we met at my home. He was accomodating to a time, and was on time. We ordered the part needed and he will be back to complete the job in a couple days. So far so good. I will update this review when the job is complete, but John has done a great job so far. 2nd part of Review The part arrived, and John came promptly the same day. He came in the evening, and fixed it quickly. We happened to also have a leak in the guest bathroom sink. I asked if he was able to fix, and he was able to as well. Nice to be able to find a person who can fix more than one appliance/home fixtures. He was awesome. I will recommend him to my family and friends when they are looking for someone. Thanks John!
